STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I had these clean my home at the beginning of the month and it has been a struggle. They were very prompt getting me a quote and signing me up on a contract however the cleaning part was a bit of a disaster. I was ensured they were detailed oriented and go by a strict list. Yeah right see photos below... Anyways I called by the gentlemen (owner) who gave me the the original quote and set my account up, and to this day have not heard back from him. I tried text, phone, email and nothing not even an acknowledgment! He had his assistant call me back and attempt to fix the bad cleaning which would have been alright if it actually ever got done. She apparently has some bad luck and set several appointment over the last 3 weeks to clean me home that she had to cancel. Well I gave them a fair chance and a second chance now no one returns my calls... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, nothing but DISAPPOINTMENT.

I highly recommend Dream2Clean. The owners Larry and Renay are good business people and they care about their clients. I like the service because they clean without chemicals. They do a great job cleaning my home and taking care of things the way I like them taken care of. They are great with my little dog as well. I take advantage of the other service they offer to arrange for other vendors to do needed work like window cleaning, grout and tile cleaning and carpet cleaning. They arrange everything and I dont have to wait at home. Its a relief to have them taking care of my home. I am very busy running my company and I dont have to worry about my home when I know they are taking care of it. I also like that they respond to email as it is the easiest way for me to communicate. I can send them notes about my cleaning or other services I need. You will love working with Dream2Clean.

We hired Dream2Clean to clean our retail store on a weekly basis. They send a reliable staff (same staff each week) to clean the floors, dust, clean the windows, and straighten anything that is out of place. We have a vinyl plank flooring in the store that we had cleaned with MopNGlo right after it was installed. This, combined with the salt tracked in during the winter left our brand new floor with a milky film that we could not remove. Dream2Clean researched and tested several organic cleaners until they found a solution that restored the floorings original shine and keeps it looking good each week. They are trustworthy and come very promptly at the same time each week. This is important, as the staff is alone in our retail store for a few hours each week at a time when the store is not yet open.

I love that Dream2Clean uses environmentalIy friendly cleaning products. It gives me peace of mind for my own health and that of my 2 yr old who has to lick and touch everything in the house. Larry and Renee are so friendly and patient with my son when we are home during a clean. Caring is is best overall adjective I can think of to describe this company. They care enough to use the best and safest products; attention to detail goes far beyond any other service I have used; they follow up with notes and emails to make sure you are satisfied and offer solutions to problems they take notice of. They leave every room so beautiful and tidy, I could never make my sons bed look so cute. They have exceeded my expectations in terms of overall service and affordability.

My sister, Tina, recommended Dream2Clean to me while I was moving out of my last studio apartment. I made a huge mess while I was moving, and was just too lazy to clean it up myself. Well, I called and Larry & Renay came over, and did an AMAZING job. It was so well cleaned, that I got my full deposit back PLUS two weeks of rent. Im now taking advantage of their services in my new home and theyve just been a "dream" come true. Theyre friendly, thorough, environmentally aware, overall great people and very reasonably priced. I just bought a bank-owned condo. While it was fairly tidy compared to most other bank-owned properties out there, it still needed a good scrub down. Dream2Clean was great! They totally worked with my crazy schedule, the place was spotless when they were done, and when I walked in the front door, it did not smell like harsh chemicals had been used. It just smelled fresh and clean, like it should have after being cleaned. I am so thrilled with their service, I am going to be hiring them to come out and clean for me regularly. I really have not ever worked with a professional cleaning company before, but I am so glad I am now. Thank you Dream2Clean!

I met Larry and Renay from Dream 2 Clean through a business networking group in Reno, and they have been cleaning my condo on a regular basis for several weeks now. Not only are they professional, courteous, and show a genuine care for the environment, but they also do a wonderful job!
