I have been using the west valley division of Molly Maids for over 3 years now and I have recommended them to my friends and would like to post this to recommend them publicly. The office staff is always very professional and helpful and they have even called me periodically to do a customer service check in and ensure their cleaning staff is doing what I expect of them, not what they expect but what "I" expect. The team that cleans my house is efficient, on-time, and if Im running late for work and leave behind my breakfast dishes they even do those for me. They have a variety of programs, weekly, monthly, bi-weekly, etc. so that you can pick and choose your preferred frequency. One time I had multiple stacks of papers and other stuff I was sorting thru on my desk and I left a note asking them to leave everything on the desk as-is and they did. They always pay attention to any special requests. I love the convenience, the professionalism, and the quality of work. Thank you Molly Maids!

If you are looking for a cleaning service then you cant go wrong in calling Molly Maid. We had a service years ago but they were no longer in the area so when my daughters suggested it would be easier for me if we hired another service I started looking around. I saw a Molly Maids car a couple of times while out walking and since some of our neighbors were obviously using them, I thought I would call them. What a great move that was! My team has been excellent. They are responsive to my requests if I want them to pay attention to a specific detail and Sheri has cheerfully worked with me on our frequent need to reschedule. I found that their prices are competitive AND a portion of every dollar spent goes to help Haven Hills, an organization providing safety and support for victims of domestic violence. I can highly recommend them!

I have Molly Maids come to my house every two weeks and they do the kitchen, bathrooms & floors. The price is reasonable and they have always been dependable & trustworthy. It may cost a little more than I would like to pay but theyre insured and I feel comfortable with them being at my house while Im not there and I trust them to lock up. They also do a great job! I only left a star off because Ive had a few issues with a team that was not my regular team but I always talk to to Sherri and she resolves any issue right away! I also have them keep a key to my rental and they have done move in and out cleanings as well. Im almost always super happy with them!

They COMPLETELY RUINED our brand new stainless steel sink. There are huge gashes all across the surface. Anyone who knows how to clean stainless steel knows they have to wipe in the direction of the grain. Did they clean it with a switch blade?! We ordered this maid service because I am 9 months pregnant, we had recently renovated, and wanted to ensure all construction dust was gone. Well, they left tons of dust under the bed and couches, both of which were reachable by a vacuum. Our cabinets are glossy and still have finger prints all over them. They said they cleaned our porch but there are leaves and dirt everywhere. What did they clean?

Molly Maid Woodland Hills has been cleaning our condo every two weeks for the past few years. Theyve done a fantastic job, and we are extremely happy with the work theyve done for us. Our place is spotless and they are very accessible by phone if we have any questions. Well worth the investment, and once you have your home cleaned professionally by Molly Maid, its hard to imagine not having that service available. I also appreciate the fact that they are bonded and insured - its extra piece of mind.

After my parents house in Encino went through a remodel, I had Molly Maids in Woodland Hills come and give the house a top-to-bottom post-construction clean as it was kind of overwhelming for my parents to deal with. The maids were on time, were meticulous, methodical, very pleasant and very, very thorough. The whole house sparkled and my parents were thrilled. If it ever gets to the point where they need help maintaining their home, I wont hesitate to have Molly Maids come back.

We have been using Molly Maid for about 8 years now. Generally, they send us the same 2 people every time so that we have gotten to know each other. They know the way we want things done and remember to do them that way. At least one of them speaks good enough English that we can communicate well. We feel good that they are getting paid properly, have health insurance and vacation pay. And the owner, Shari, is very responsive to any special requests weve made.

An awesome service! They were professional throughout the entire time, and paid attention to the specific areas I pointed out. I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and they brought two staff members who spent around 2 - 2:15 hrs cleaning the place. The apartment always looks like a million dollars after they leave.
