Their name is Excellence Janitorial Services for a reason! Let me tell you my experience, it was EXCELLENT! So...., a couple of weeks or maybe a month ago (? this review is long overdue) my parents who live in Bakersfield, I, somewhere else but was visiting that day, had to find a carpet cleaner for them. But what do I know about carpet cleaning, whats good or not, prices, etc. So I read a couple of reviews and called a couple of places; to be honest, Excellence Janitorial Services was NOT the first place I called (because there were maybe one or two reviews on yelp), but I am SURE GLAD the others didnt pick up! So, anyways, Darell/Bill and I chit chatted and they were there the next day to clean away. I spoke with my mother after they finished up and she was so relieved the house felt like home again. When my mother says its clean, then it MUST mean IT IS CLEAN! "Why?" you ask, well glad you did! So,... once upon a time when my mother was young, going to school, she used to place a handkerchief on the surface before placing her book bag down, THE END! She told me this story because I, my mothers daughter, was doing something really silly and she giggled to herself and told me how I am a total replica of her younger self, VERY CLEAN. Anyway, the day after Bill called me, because my mother speaks so-so-to-decent English, and asked me if she was satisfied with the job; and I wanted to thank him with more than just words, hence this review. I was so glad to have a really well done service done by a pair of really kind people! I ended up going to visit my parents that weekend and it was VERY clean! Thank you so much for such a great job! EJS definitely gets my vote for the best carpet cleaning service award, if there was one.

I am glad I called Excellence to come to my home and clean my carpets. I will not use any one else. Darell was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable on how to clean my sever pet stains and odors. He was painstaking on making sure he use the right chemicals, and took time to prepare my carpets before he began working on them. He took his time and explained everything every step of the way. I have 4 dogs, he had quite a challenge in getting out the odor and stains. Darell was able to remove them and now my carpets look (and smell) like new. I have had several carpet cleaners in the past some good, some not so good, "Excellence" is what you will get with this company. In my book there is no other carpet cleaner. I look forward to continuing to use Excellence as my go to when I need cleaning services.

We were about to move into our apartment. We happened to stop by before it was ready and the door happened to be opened so I peeked inside. The previous tenant left the carpet disgustingly dirty! Covered in stains and dirt all over. I thought to myself "This complex surely will give us a new carpet!" The manager said no they will have it cleaned. Well, come move in day I wasnt sure how "clean" it would be but then I opened the door......... whoaaaaa spotless!! Absolutely spotless! Practically brand new it looked so good! Two years later were expecting a baby and Im hiring the guy who did our carpet because I know itll be CLEAN even though its not nearly as bad as it used to be haha.

Excellence Janitorial is the Perfect Name for the service this company provides. I had my carpet cleaned 2 rooms with heavy traffic, in fact one room was so bad that since having visitors over after having my carpet cleaned, the common question is was the carpet restored or replaced? The service was efficient, professional , polite, and superb, I have already recommended and refered friends for this service and it has just been a week. So here is my recommendation to you! I am also working on switching over to their janitorial for my business office. Thanks Excellence Janitorial for exceeding my expecatations and making my house feel like a home again!!!!

Ive used Excellence Janitorial Services & Carpet Cleaning twice. Both times, they did a fantastic job with cleaning the carpets at very reasonable prices. For one of the cleanings, I asked if they could help with some old, smelly cat stains. Darrell broke out the black light, located the problem areas, and used a formula that took care of the problem. My carpets look and smell great now. I was extremely impressed. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Excellence Janitorial Services is a wonderful company, and Derrell is an exceptionally hard working person! I honestly didnt think my carpet was salvageable, but Derrell worked very hard to restore it, now it looks brand new!!! I will never use any other company again. He even left his turbo dryer to finish drying our carpet so my baby wasnt restricted to one area!! Thank You so very much. Now I dont have to be embarrassed when my mother in law arrives.

This was an awful experience where they offered to clean for one price (after viewing the rooms) and when they were done they changed the price!! Very dishonest. Further they only did half the job and demanded full pay. When I asked them to finish the work they refused. When I explained to them that we just agreed to a price they became aggressive toward me. I would recommend you are not alone when interacting with them and if you use their service.

I am so impressed with the way Excellence Janitorial Services cleans the carpet in my home (Daryl & crew) always put in that extra effort that makes me glad theyre taking care of my carpet. I called him at 8:30 in the morning with an emergency needed have two rooms and a hallway cleaned that were really dirty from somebody moving out and he showed up within 45 minutes and did an awesome job got all the stains out of the carpet and its smelled great I would recommend him and Im going to have him come to my other house and clean my carpets there and his prices are very reasonable. He is very friendly and professional.

As a condition of our rental agreement, we had to professionally clean the carpet upon move out. We called up Excellence and they came out and seriously lifted every stain we made on that carpet. We have kids and they have spilled just about everything one could think of on that carpet. Darrell and his co-worker were very friendly, nice, and professional. I would definitely call them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs.

We had just bought a house and were considering having the old soiled carpets removed when a friend recommended this service to us. They came out and assessed and identified the stains, and cleaned, deodorized, and sanitized the carpets for a reasonable fee. The carpets look brand new now, you would never guess now what horrible condition they were in previously. We are extremely pleased with their work and highly recommend them.
