I would never call these people again, they told me they were going to call me 30mins before coming to my rental property and they didnt. The lady when i scheduled the appointment stated they only had so much time to clean the house that if they half to stay there longer they will call me, i was at the house the whole time waiting outside wondering what they were doing after a couple hrs i go check they said they were done and they went over 45mins and there boss will call me. Never got a phone call tell the next day. Looked around the house celling fans were not cleaned, kitchen not wiped down, door or window seals not down. Only thing that looked good was the floors. Im not sure what they did for additional 45mins but wasnt cleaning my house. Then molly maids calls to try to fix the problem and i talk to the supervisor and he hangs up on me. Not professional at all will never call them again for my rentals or my house. Very disappointed.

The girls were great! I am very Happy with my home cleanings. I will talk with them at my next cleaning about using something on my sink hardware that turned white overnight - just residue, and I wiped it off this morning. It did not show up until the morning after, I just wiped it off. No harm, no foul.... I have not had a cleaning service for several years and I am very happy with Molly Maids. They truly go the "extra mile" to make my house shine!

Molly Maid came and did a thorough cleaning of my house. During the cleaning their supervisor also came by to check their work progress and point out anything she needed to. I was so pleased at their professionalism and the fact that they asked me questions if they were unsure of anything or found anything out of order. I am now having them come to clean my house on a regular basis.

I am a Realtor and found a house for my client that closed on a Friday. On Saturday we found that the house was left a mess. Dirty floors, windows, cabinets, bathrooms, everything. WOW, They sent over a lady to give an estimate and the first thing she did was put a disgusted look on her face and say you smoke! As a homeowner a maid service should take better care than to tell people if they can smoke cigarettes in their own home! She denied my business and was rude! WHERE DOES THIS MAID SERVICE GET OFF?

I have worked with Lisa for over 3 years. I think Molly Maid is great. It takes a few visits and a little feedback to dial in exactly how you like things cleaned and taken care of but its good. My favorite thing is to come home not only to a spotless, shiny home, but in the bathroom the tp has been folded to a point, like the nicer hotels! When the inevitable scheduling glitch comes up, the office staff has no problem rearranging everyone to suit us. Excellent job by staff, all around!
