I would not even give her a single star if I had that choice. Like the other reviewers, we needed a deep cleaning last minute. We were moving into our new place and wanted everything to be spotless before we moved futnature into the space. She agreed to an invoice payment, since my landlord would be paying her. We agreed to a price of $160 for 4 hours of deep cleaning. We agreed to 6:30am but to my surprise she arrived at 8:30am, two hours late. She started cleaning and was out by two hours. I was moving things so, I was not meticulously following her cleaning. That was an error on my part. Diane made comments that the apartment was old and thats why she wasnt able to clean everything. I went back and cleaned the shower myself before taking pictures. Another error, I wish I had those pictures. When she finished, she told me she was done then ran to the restroom in front of my and peed! Then came out, didnt wash her hands and ask me for the cash...because she needed to pay rent. Also, made a comment that the carpet cleaning person was going to up charge me and take advantage of me because it was last minute. Is that what you did Diane? Attached are the pictures of her "deep cleaning" I called her back to let her know that she missed a few things and because she was paid cash, she was flakey with coming back in. I gave her three chances to come back to complete the cleaning I paid for. Do not hire this woman!
