I chose this company knowing that their prices were at least double that of other places expecting superior and thorough cleaning. I was disappointed. The work was what you could get from any second-rate cleaning service. I had to tell them to do some areas again,for which I was also charged for the time even though they didnt do it right the first time. The estimate for cleaning was 2-4 hours (very generous) even though Ive cleaned it myself, alone, in only 2 hours in the past. At the end of 3 hours, one of the ladies came running to me asking for more things to clean because they had only worked for 3 hours instead of 4. I will never use them again.

The Maids cleaned an old house which had been emptied of furniture and hadnt been properly cleaned in decades. It took 3 people 4 hours, but it looked 100% better.
