The service was not good at all...I had Team 2.. 2 ladies for 2 hours for $152.00 to clean only the down stairs of my home. They were to clean 1 bathroom 1 small kitchen a family room and a small living room.They did not clean my kitchen cabinets,my floors were wiped down with something to make them shine but were not cleaned first. My kitchen table was not cleaned, they did not get the cobwebs out and they never got around to cleaning my living room all of this took place on 07/03/2015 (1:09 pm-3:16 pm) I called the service as soon as I got home and looked at everything these ladies did not do. I got an email on 07/06/15 at 7:26 from the owner (Steve Chaput)asking me to give him a call asap I called and the only thing he could tell me was the didnt have time to clean my living room..The ladies told him they could not clean because I had grocery on my counter tops. I told him NO that would be a few bottles of seasonings! They also said they had to work around shoes shoes that were all over..I told the owner when you come into my home you have to take your shoes off there were 5 pairs of shoes and the shoes were not even where the ladies were cleaning...The owner basically told me I was lying because these ladies have been with him a while.. he also said my expectations are too high...I was treated like a liar with no respect or concern by the owner... There are other Maid services out there do not use this one..The owner STEVE Chaput does not care if these ladies are efficient his only concern is the $$$$

Molly Maid is the best. I go to work and when I get home the house is clean and smells wonderful. Im a smoker, but after Debbie and Maria clean my house, you would never know that anyone smoked . Its great, especially when the grand babies are coming over. The girls always go above and beyond their normal duties, just to make sure that everything is sanitized and clean. We will be moving in about 6 months, and I will be sure to request that the girls still come and clean for us.

WOULD NOT recommend at all. The quality of work is not up to par for a "professional" company. Use at ur own risk: I had a piece of furniture ruined that can not be replaced. And was offered $38 credit....... If money was the issue I wouldnt be paying $230 for a cleaning service.(That wasnt done right). I TOOK PICTURES and posted them on Yelp of the mess left behind , and the ruined glass coffee table....

They clean our offices here in Ontario, every week. When we come in on Monday we can always tell they were here. Everything is clean and fresh. I love how they fold the toilet paper like were are at a five-star hotel. Debbie is our lady and Im not sure who else comes with her. I just know they do a fantastic job and we LOVE their service. All of us here @ JLMC, Inc. highly recommend their services.

After 8 years of using Molly Maid I felt compelled to compliment the owner and his staff. Every time Ive needed to change my schedule or have extra work performed Ive always been accommodated. Although they are not open on Sunday the owner has returned my call when Ive left a message on a Sunday afternoon. I can think of very few businesses these days that are as dependable as Molly Maid.

I love the days my team comes to clean my house. When I come home from work the house is so nice and clean and smells good too. They do a wonderful job. Reduces the stress in my life. Its such a wonderful feeling knowing I dont have to worry about a clean house and I can spend time on other things. I absolutely LOVE the service!!

Wonderful!!! Rachel and Ashley were on time, friendly, professional and just very pleasant to have in my home! They were here for 3 1/2 hours and got more done than I would have all day long!!
