A horrible experience and a rip off! I hired the service for 1 and 1/2 hrs long at the rate of $120.00. When the two woman came I specifically told them to mop all the floors that was my priority and then clean the bathrooms. Then whatever else they could get to. They ignored my instructions and did not mop the floors and cleaned the downstairs bath which I stated was the least of my concerns. They were very slow and the company kept calling to see if I would increase their hours for more pay. I would NOT recommend them and I will tell my team at my real estate office to avoid them along with friends and family. I could have cleaned faster myself than these two woman. They are just trying to get more money from the customer.

I normally dont leave reviews, but, I just had my home cleaned by the best crew ever. I called Molly Maid because my regular maid service has not been doing the job right. The office set me up for every 2 weeks and the 2 ladies showed up on time and ready to go to work. They did a real nice job and my home smells great.

I called Molly Maid House Cleaning this morning with a desperate need for a cleaning today. They had a team out in my area that had time in the afternoon. The ladies that came to clean were wonderful!! I would have been happy with a surface clean but I got far more. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Molly Maid cleaning service is the best value of any service I have had. They show up with all their supplies and equipment, and do a real nice job. The 2 girls that cleaned our home worked hard and were very nice.
