Sincerely the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. The maid did a terrible job and then went home without even letting any of the three people in the house know she had left. Dave or David or something was outrageously unprofessional. I called him and offered to pay half price for an additional 4 hours to help remedy the terrible job and hen outright refused. When I told him how ridiculous it was that he was refusing the offer and that Id have to write a poor review, he screamed "Bring it on cowboy" and then threateningly told me he was "comin over" but of course never showed up. Honestly the guy is a total scumbag. All of these reviews are not verifiable, real people. Beware.

I was checking around for prices and called many services. First impressions are very important to me. One of the things that impresses me most was the very friendly service over the phone. He listened to my cleaning needs gave me a free estimate over the phone. When the people he sent came out to clean it was with in the time i was originally quoted. No up selling or tricks! I like that, knowing what i am going to pay no surprises. They did a great job. Thank you Maid In America I highly recommend you.

The maids did a good job, where friendly and efficient. My only issue arose when I gave the maid the spare key in order to access the residence while I was at work. Said key was misplaced before the first time it had to even be used. Stopped using the service after a month because I got conflicting stories from the maid and the owner of the company. Since trust is a major factor in allowing individuals into your house while you are not there I decided it was best to discontinue the service.

Good customer service and the maids did a good job considering they had no working water in the house. They came and were able to work it all out, also because it took more time David sent a 3rd girl out to make sure the job was finished for my scheduled move in date! Reasonable rates compared to the other services I got quotes from and I like the personal service. Thank you David and the girls that came out!!!

Oh no! The In-Laws are coming in town TOMORROW! Needed Service for the afternoon, I call at 10AM. I have used them twice in the past with great success so I called first. No guarantees but Maid in America was on it and promised a call back within 20 min (I think). They call back in 5. Maribella showed up an hour later and did fantastic work. No homecare analysis from In-Laws!!! Thanks you Maid in America!

Attention to detail! Seriously impressed with my recent cleaning. I called David needed my place cleaned on short notice. David not only was able to accommodate my schedule, but did so with an excellent staff and great price. Im so pleased with this service, Ive scheduled weekly cleanings now! Thank you for allowing me to focus on quality time with my daughter!!

Ive had maids from many different local companies come to my place and they all have been horrible to average. Maid In America and Dave have been nothing short of great. Awesome customer service and they have never tried to upsell or rip me off. I will never use a large maid chain again. I will continue to work with Maid In America.

Excellent service. I was amazed at how much they got done in 4 hours. My bathroom and kitchen are sparkly clean and I didnt have to lift a finger. Had them come out while I was at work and it was very cool coming home to a super clean place. Felt like I was at I luxury hotel! I will definitely be back! Thanks Dave!

I just dont think you can beat the value. I called them up, got a great rate for an entire 4 hours of cleaning. Definitely a cheaper rate than everyone else, but the quality of the cleaning was awesome. I will schedule another a cleaning again soon.
