These are amazing people! I had to have a deep clean done on my condo for a move out scenario. The cleaners I originally scheduled didnt show or respond. in desperation, I called Marc at A Perfect Shine. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, and he sent Clemencia and Carlos out with their teams to clean my condo and windows. They did a terrific job, and my landlady was thrilled with the results! I am going to hire them to clean my new place regularly. I highly recommend A Perfect Shine to everyone! They are reliable, professional, and reasonably priced.

I actually am a real person, not a google translator app- and I have used A Perfect Shine many times for the past few years. We have twice-monthly cleanings by them, and they are great. They always show up on time, and finish our house very quickly. It is a relief to come home to a clean house! I have also had A Perfect Shine clean our carpets, and they are the cheapest in town by a long shot- $25 an area last time we used them. We have even used their hauling service. This is a totally trustworthy local business with some wacky reviews...

Ridiculously unprofessional. Scheduled an appointment for a monday morning at their 8 am slot on the website. Called at 9 am that day because no one showed, their excuse was no one checks the email until 8:30-9. and all their cleaners were already out. Why have a slot available to schedule? you could have the website say not to use that one or be PROFESSIONAL and call the client and tell them no one will be coming instead of me waiting all day for someone. Absolutely will NOT use again.

I needed a rental house full of junk hauled away. A Perfect Shine sent out a huge truck and a 5 man team. They pulled out all the junk left inside and all the junk left around the property. They worked fast and the price was reasonable. I then hired them to clean up all the brush and trim some trees. The house is looking great. I didnt even know they did cleaning or I would have hired them to clean the house but I had already hired another company that did a so-so job.

A set up an appointment to have my home cleaned 2x a week and my business cleaned 6x a week. I waited 1.5 hrs and no one showed up or called at the pre-arranged appointment time. When I called them to ask why they told me "He is busy and couldnt make it - we can just give you a price on the phone!" This is not a professional company. This business appears to be a day laborer type of operation with no care or concern of customer service.

i hire a perfect shine for a spring cleaning... my house never looked cleaner after a perfect shine finish my home. the crew was great, friendly... after a week perfect shine send me a thank you post card with fix prices and i have now signed up for every 3 week cleaning. i would recommend them to every one who will love to see their home spotless. great service and customer service.

Terrible cleaning company. All other reviews are made up a 5 star....look closely and you'll see that they were all created on Oct 5, 2011. These are NOT professional cleaners, just a group of the same people you'd pick up at a Home Depot parking lot. Avoid this cleaning company at all costs!

We called this company to perform a deep cleaning since we had guests coming from out of town. The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They did a bang up job. We couldnt have been more happy. It took a lot of stress off of us. I would recommend them. Their prices were very competetive too.

I was very happy with A Perfect Shine. They arrived in the 2 hour window they provided and the crew was very polite and thorough. They did miss one corner of the floor but when I asked them to retouch that area they did so right away. It is such a treat to have the home professionally cleaned.
