Premier has set the standard for property management in the dessert. Weve been using them for over two years for everything from weekly checks on our home when we are not present, to cleaning and managing between rental guests, to handy-man fixes on leaky faucets or moody appliances. Theyve helped us manage everything from furniture deliveries to new HVAC bid-collection and installation. Our representative, Laurie, has been a gem of consistency and reliability. We highly recommend Premier for whatever your property management needs are.

Used their window cleaning service. It was done fast and Sharon did a wonderful job, with cheerful personality to boost. Making appointment was easy. Their price is also very reasonable. Will definitely use their service again!

Premier Services saved the day when I met them. Helpful, efficient, pleasant, polite and most importantly discreet and honest. However expect high bills and weird paying of utilities. They overcharge for small errands.
