Cleanliness really is next to Godliness! Why clean your house when you can pay someone else to? I HATE cleaning and if left to my own devices my place would be ridiculously dirty...so I dont mind paying someone to keep me in check. My day typically starts at 5:30am and I get home from work around 6 - 6:30pm so the last thing I feel like messing with is cleaning. Fast forward to today - I had my first cleaning with Pristine Cleaning and Im extremely happy with the job they did on my place. I was using a family owned cleaning service prior to this and the attention to detail just wasnt there, and the price was double what Im paying now! The experience thus far has been great. I cant stand trying to get a cleaning estimate and filling out all the information only to be told Id get a follow up call and someone would have to come assess my home to give me a proper quote. This quote was straight up. I entered necessary info and it spit out a total then and there. Love that! I set the whole appointment up online (win) and when I had questions about what type of cleaning products they use Lorenzo followed up immediately. The inspection: Im pretty picky and dont like paying for a service that isnt thorough. These guys definitely passed the test. All the subtle nuances of how they folded the blanket on my couch to !!!straightening up my bazillion pairs of shoes in my closet!!!! really sealed the deal. Even my concrete floors which are a total pain to make look clean were shiny. Super happy, Karina and Rosa did a great job. Life just feels so much more organized/better when your house is clean (and you didnt spend all day doing it)

I never thought I would utilize housecleaning services as it seemed a bit bougie to me and something well off people use. However, my apartment really needed to be cleaned and I travel and work a lot to want to have to deal with it. Upon a friends recommendation I decided to give Pristine Cleaning a try and after reading reviews for Pristine and other companies. The first thing that I liked was how easy and upfront the online scheduler tool was. I was able to input the information and receive pricing right away versus submitting all my information and waiting for a quote. The website is very easy to use and the pricing is accurate. Secondly, the team is very quick and responsive via email. I had a few questions and changes and I received a response right away! As a first timer, I can admit that I was a bit nervous and unsure of what to expect. On the day of the cleaning, I thought they might come a bit earlier as I had requested they could enter as early as 8am. I had to leave the apartment that afternoon but was able to call and let them know where I left the key. While I was away they came and did their thing. I loved coming back to a clean and fresh smelling apartment! Everything is as spotless as it was when I moved in 2 years ago!!! I still dont want to mess up anything especially the oven. haha. The staff who cleaned my apartment didnt miss a thing and the attention to detail was spot on. I will definitely use the service again. Im not at home much to have a regular service but It is something I can see myself using once every 1-2 months. Thanks again Pristine Cleaning!!!

I booked the appointment online and received a text confirmation and then the day before I received confirmation Kathleen and Nancy would be over between 8 AM and 9:30 AM. I was a little surprised that the arrival time is a range when I chose an 8 AM appointment, but that was okay. The ladies arrived a bit after 8 AM and were very polite and I felt comfortable leaving my condo to them. They didnt ask about any specifics and I didnt have anything in particular, just to have a nice and clean unit. Everything looked great when I came back, it was a standard house cleaning - everything dusted and wiped, vacuuming, etc. The bathroom and kitchen looked great and my bed was made perfectly! I need to look into the options for more of a deep cleaning, wiping the walls, shampooing the couch, etc, and see what is offered in that direction for the occasional extra cleaning. Nikki followed up the next day to see how everything was. I really appreciated that because there are a couple cleaning services Ive used who havent followed up at all. I am considering hiring them on for cleaning every two weeks or every month. Theyre really affordable and did a good job, should we ask for more?!

I was very hesitant to use them at first, but they came such highly recommended from someone I knew, so I thought. what the heck... well give them a shot at it. Id have to pay someone, right? I called the 2nd week of March and got an appointment for that Friday. They said they would arrive between 8-9AM that morning. 3 cleaning ladies knocked on the door at 8:05AM. We went over all the areas I wanted extra focus on (baseboards, cabinets, and top of the fridge) hey told me it wouldnt be a problem. I left to go grocery shopping and returned about an hour later. They were busy cleaning away. From what I could tell upon my return, they were doing a great job. I sat outside with the dog to catch up on some reading and get out of their way. At 11:30AM one of the girls let me know they were done and to come inside. We walked around the entire house to make sure everything was as clean as could be, I all but did the white finger glove test and to my surprise, the house was spotless. Ive decided to have them come back every other week to do all the deep cleaning in the house and so far so good. I do highly recommend Pristine. Just give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Wow they really out did themselves!! When they came to the door, they were friendly and professional. They brought all their own supplies. They did such a wonderful job. I have been doing the cleaning in our house with all those toxic chemicals for years and I would have to divide the cleaning into two days for my allergies and asthmas sake. They use lavender scented products that left the house smelling clean and peaceful! I kept walking around my house for 10 minutes after they left saying "WOW". They really went above and beyond in the 3 hours that they were here and to know that I dont need to air out the house afterwards due to harsh fumes is a relief. The ladies were very nice and very thorough. They are very meticulous, like myself and it is nice to know that there are professionals out there care about customer service just as much as their work. I really felt comfortable with this cleaning company, enough to leave them with my dog and go out and run errands while they cleaned. We will definitely be using them again, in fact, every two weeks. Thank you so much!

Once again I am writing to sing the praises of Pristine Cleaning. This time for the help I always get from Amy who does almost all of the administrative work. Because my work schedule can be a bit erratic, I frequently need to change things or dates or special requests and Amy waves a magic wand and makes everything happen like fairy dust on unicorns - I never see her sweat! My last request was just this morning when I needed to move things around on short notice and had some questions about cleaning around my artwork in the house - she responded right away, always has good inputs on what I actually need, and is just a pleasant person to do business with anytime of the day. She thinks about solutions and I respect that trait. Pristine does a great job but Amy makes me feel like Im dealing with a professional outfit run by managers who know customer service and client satisfaction. I hope her boss sees this note and says job well done (or gives her a raise). Good company and a good manager - thanks.
