From the first phone call to when Kurt arrived at my house to clean all of my carpet and tile, I felt very comfortable having him in my home. The walk through was very thorough and he explained the process and focused on the problem areas on my floors, making sure I was aware of all possible outcomes. Kurt went above and beyond to make sure the carpet and tile got as clean as possible. My carpets hadnt been cleaned in a VERY long time and I had an extremely messy renter but now my floors look great! Ill definitely be a return customer.

Me and my family just moved up to Meridian. The place we rented was clean, but still had a few smells we didnt like. After we got moved in most of the way we had some mud and such on the carpet from coming in and out in the snow. So I called Alert and was very impressed with the response time after I had left a message. Also the parts of the carpet that Kurt (the owner) cleaned were much cleaner than when we moved in. Great to work with and professional as well.

Best Experience with a carpet company ever! They were prompt and professional. I had pretty bad pet damage to my carpet and they made it to where it was non existant. The carpet is so fluffy and clean, like new! They performed everything that they said they would and they dont waste your time. They have great prices and they do a wonderful job.
