Have to write this review because I have major concerns with Molly Maid of Boise. I was a long time customer of their service and was very happy with the service and staff. This was until they had an internal issue that I was inadvertently caught up in. Seems they had a staff member who was going out on their own , leaving the company to start their own business and while this individual did not solicit me directly, they asked if I knew of anyone that needed service who wasn’t a customer of Molly Maid which I might refer. I accepted their card and wished them the best in their new adventure expressing that I was going to continue with Molly Maid… This was until I found that the staff members who replaced them actually went into my office drawer to take a photo of the card that the (ex) employee provided if I had any referral. I was incensed ! I contacted Molly Maid of Boise demanding a reason why their employees would go through (assumed) private areas to take a photo of my personal property to be used in their internal issues and I was assured that the photo was taken at another customers location not mine… Like that makes a difference!?!?! They are clearly enabling their employees to look through their customers belongings… So when I exposed this I got the standard apologies and such but we parted ways and left it at that.. Till I actually saw the photo taken of the property, it was taken on the perfectly matched granite countertops that I had just gotten installed.. They lied to me yet a second time…It wasn’t my house? Yes actually it was…. To add insult to injury, I was recently contacted by them asking for a final balance.. Apparently there were two cleans one (6) months ago and the last, that were still open on their books, I replied saying , are you serious? After what you have have (acknowledging through emails that I have WELL documented) done violating my privacy, apologizing for. You are going to ask for the last payment months later to clear your books? Well these folks cashed the check… I cannot recommend this service if you value your personal privacy, the sanctity of your home or the trust of having these contractors not identify or document your personal material for their own use...

Weve had Molly Maids clean our house twice per month for the last year and a half and weve loved their service. I work from home and they were wonderful about providing a reminder the day before of the time window they were planning to arrive. Both ladies that came in for our service were wonderful and worked very hard to leave our house in great condition. The management was also great to work with. Kind and considerate and I feel very reasonably priced for the services we were provided. After having a private individual who cleaned our house prior to Molly Maids, I would definitely recommend Molly Maids for their dependability and reliability.

Absolute terrible service. We asked for a move out "deep clean". 4 hours later, a different team & the QA manager was back to finish what the first maids didnt clean. After they left, we still found cobwebs in the ceilings and window sills, dust on blinds, uncleaned hanging light fixtures, and dirt on doors and light switches. Worst of all, they charged $320 for this!

I had Molly Maids come out and do a deep clean. My girlfriend was smiling ear to ear when I came home...showing me all the places she never thought would ever look good again, short of repainting. They did a wonderful job. The ongoing cleaning service is great as well. It is nice to come home to a clean place at the end of the day.

Molly Maid is wonderful. They clean my house regularly - and with three kids living at home -- we really need it. The office manager is very helpful when scheduling, but most importantly the cleaners are amazing. Everything sparkles after they have done their cleaning magic!
