I was glad to have them, I hate cleaning and especially a move-out cleaning. They were a little bit late, but the house we live in isnt on most GPSs yet, so we cant fault them for that. I wasnt in the house when they were cleaning I was doing other things to finish the move-out, but I would pop in and check on them every once in a while, and they were working away. No slacking that is for sure! At about 1.5 hours into the 2 hour session, they knew it was going to take them about an hour past, making it 3 hours total, and they asked me if that would be ok. It was very nice that they could assess that and tell me in a timely manner. Anyone can estimate how long something will take all they want, but until you get there and see the layout and the true level of work to be done you can only work so fast with the unexpected. So I was very pleased that they gave me that heads up. I had a turn of unfortunate events, that while I was out and about, I had ended up losing the credit card that they were supposed to use to withdrawal the money, by the time I noticed it was already after hours, so I called and left a message, but I made sure to call first thing the next business day, and they got a new card on there and charged it with no problems. I felt terrible about it, but I am very glad they were understanding and we got everything squared away. My husband and I are thinking we may hirer you guys like every 6 months to just clean our house to spotless so the in between maintenance isnt so much, but money does account for some of that choice. Thank you and we will be using you again!

I am certainly disappointed in Molly Maids. I scheduled an hour and a half cleaning for Friday ($126). When I scheduled, they said they would be there between 11am and 1pm and would call 1/2 hour before coming. The day before the scheduled day they called and said they would be there between 11am and 2pm. At 2:30pm they still had not arrived nor had we heard from them. I had to call them," Oh, the ladies will be there at in 15 minutes". Well the 15 minutes came and went and still no ladies nor had we heard from them. At that point, we were on a time schedule. I called and told them to cancel the cleaning. Now you would have thought that a manager would have called and inquired why we cancelled and apologize either for overbooking or not keeping their time commitment. But no, no call, nothing. My advice if you have all day to wait for them to keep their time commitment(s), then book them. But if you are as busy as I am and also have a schedule to meet, find another cleaner! And by the way, if it is your first cleaning, they offer a $30 discount. When I called and scheduled, they did not offer that either. I had to ask for it.

I am so impressed with the ladies that came to my home on a holiday weekend Saturday. Due to health issues for the past 6 years I have not had a good cleaning of the house because it caused me so much pain to do the simplest things. They came in and didnt judge me. Which I appreciated because I was so embarrassed at some of the areas that had dust bunnies and layers of dust. They were wonderful. My bathroom looks like brand new. My kitchen blinds are white again. My fridge. Wow I dont want to put anything back on the outside or inside. It looks like it just came from the store. They didnt waste time. They did exactly what I asked them to do. I had the weekend to myself and I just sat there and at times wanted to cry because I felt like I had my home back. I am going to schedule once a month to come in and do a good cleaning. Especially before the holidays. Thanks is not enough to say. I am grateful to the professional attitude, attire and they were friendly. Never wasted a minute of the three hours they were there. Thank you!

TERRIBLE JOB. We sold our home and wanted to leave it in really good condition for the new owners so we we elected to hire Molly Maids to come and do a deep cleaning and leave it sparkling clean. We were told that would include regular cleaning as well as walls, light fixtures, base boards, everything pretty much. And we asked them to clean the oven, for an additional charge. When we got to the house to look after they were gone, all they had done is vacuum and clean the floors and bathrooms. We had to hurry and do the walls, baseboards, lights, and oven. They did not even wipe off the kitchen counters. When I called, all they could offer is a $20 discount or we could have them come back another day. Coming back was not an option as we had sold the house and the new owners took occupancy the following day. So, we were charged for work that was not done. Had to do the work ourselves, and got a measly $20 dollars off our $200 dollar bill. We are NOT HAPPY with the service!!

I have used Molly Maid about 5-10 times in the past year or so. I will always call them for help cleaning my business. I run a small gas business and we have an office that is about 3000 sf. I have 2 bathrooms a kitchen and about 5 offices. along with a huge area for cubicals and open area. I have 11 big dirty men drivers that work for me that can turn our bathrooms and office into a landfill. When it gets this bad I call Molly Maid. they always work out a time that is best for me, they come out and clean the whole office in minimal time. I believe they average about 2 hours to clean the whole office and bathrooms, and I am amazed every time. The bathrooms are always shinning and super clean, everything is so amazing I am usually a little suprised that they could clean so fast and have it look so good. They do a really amazing job and I would reccomend them to anyone. Give them a try 5 stars all the way

The actual cleaning service was exceptional. They did such a fantastic job, even moving behind the fridge and wiping down cabinets and inside the drawers. I needed an apartment check out clean done, so they were perfect for that. Where I wasnt impressed was the disconnect with the call center, and the actual local site. The person in the call center told me it would take an hour or a little more for an apartment my size. He also told me they would arrive at 8:00 am, but after calling the local office, they were scheduled for 8:30 and didnt show up until 9am. The job actually took them 2.5-3 hours. Which,I think was a more realistic estimate--I definitely think they were working efficiently, just doing quality takes longer than an hour. I would have been ok with that, if thats what was communicated in the first place. It had to make new arrangements and missed a half day of work.
