Well I worked here and let me tell ya, it was probably my last day of training and it was a bathroom with no vanity or mirrors. So when we clean the bathroom the first thing we do is dust the vanity and vents. There was no vanity so I did not think of dusting. So I cleaned the toilet and shower. The glass in the shower had tough streeks on them that would not come off and there was just dust on a shelf. So she complained about that and after the weekend on Monday I spend my last 15 bucks for a ride and she sent me home. She did not have the decency to call me before coming up there. I said I probably wont come back to my mom on the phone in front of the store owner because that showed me she did not care. Then the next day I came back anyways. I told her Im just gonna do it and she said I felt like you were talking sh behind my back. Silly goose nothing was behind your back, and just saying I may quit is not talking sh. Someone was very intensively sensitive obviously. Shes about 38 you would think she would take it as it was. So no one was hiding or taking stuff and no one was talking behind her back. I said it and I knew the store owner was right there, cuz I did not give a rats a. What the heck is anyone gonna do? No one was being disrespected. So anyways I told her Ill stay and before I came I decided, no because she will probably send me back home again. Then I dont come back until I come get my check and the store owner says that he already charged me for the shirts that I brought back. Even though I brought them back, come on yo 35 a pop and a few extra bucks took off of my check. Yeah I am definitely taking action, but I got something for that a you dig :)

They did a horrible job and the management takes zero responsibility for it. I was moving and called to have them clean my 700 square foot apartment that was completely empty with no furniture. They made me pay $130 up front for 2 hours with 2 people. After being over an hour later than expected, they did nothing on the "priority" list that I was asked to give them and barely did anything else. The floors were not cleaned and still had sticky spots on it. The kitchen counter was still dirty. There was still dirt and dust behind the toilet. The shower handle and spout werent even touched. My biggest mistake was trusting them and leaving them to do their "job". Since it was a holiday weekend and my walk through was the next day I had to clean everything myself. After mopping the floors, the water was black. They didnt even vacuum or mop it! After having to clean the rest myself before my walk through, I tried getting ahold of the management to address my concern. I called 3 times, left 2 voicemails, and physically went down to their office and it still took a week to get ahold of someone. When I did, I explained to them everything I explained on here and they replied with "Theres nothing we can do. They did the best they could do in the amount of time paid for. No refund, no transfers. They did their job" Overall do not waste your money on this scam! They will take your money and do a terrible job in exchange.

I will start by saying that I am SUPER picky when it comes to house cleaning. When I do it myself, I wash the tile on my hands and knees because I feel like its the only way to get ALL the dirt off - so thats how crazy I am. Ive had other companies/individuals clean my house and I am always frustrated because inevitably there are spots left on the shower chrome or fingerprints on the banister or some other detail that I think they should have done better. Amy and her team (with the cleaning authority) have cleaned my house 4 times now. I have them come bi-weekly. They are reliable and consistent. I am always relieved when I get home from work and she and her team have been there. They do an absolute fantastic job. They dont miss the finer details that many people overlook (like ceiling fan dust, or the front and sides of stairs carpet). Im very glad I hired this company...it saves me the time and frustration of having to spend a portion of my precious time off cleaning the house... I just hope they always have Amy come out - I dont want to try another team because I dont think they could possibly do a better job. :)

Do not waste your money. They go through employs like toilet paper and no one seems to care they have broken things and left the home poorly cleaned. their employees obviously dont want to be there and it shows in their work. We terminated them in 2012 and after telling us that they had the owners and employs last fall we tried them again. Now after several attempts to get things right with them they have simply went from bad to worse we had to terminate them again today after they broke a prized kaddish cup & almost broke a display plate & wall pictures. .. left our new steel refrigerator a real mess from spraying a cleaner on it & left the tile floors sticky with soap. No more damage & poor work........ they are history!

in all my dealings with the Cleaning Authority, with Paula before and Patrick now, I have been thoroughly satisfied. They go the extra mile to help out and their service cant be beat ! I wholeheartedly recommend them . Do yourselves a favour and look no further than the Cleaning Authority. As a snowbird from Canada I really appreciate the little extra things that Patrick from the Cleaning Authority has done for me ( like after the recent heavy rains he took time from his busy schedule to check on my home to see if their was any leaks or flooding. Very pleased with the quality of work for a one-time service. After having tile flooring repair done leaving my house in a cloud of dust, I hired a great team from Cleaning Authority to help me get my house immaculately clean again. They were on time, very professional, thorough, focused, and efficient. You knew that this was not their "first rodeo." They knew just what to do and how best to do it. I normally clean my own house, but I was overwhelmed after having the floor repair work mess. I highly recommend using the Cleaning Authority whether its for a one-time cleaning or on a regular basis.

As I write, the team is here working. This is the same crew that was here two weeks ago. I told them, and now Im telling you that they are superb. The Cleaning Authority standards are pretty good anyway, but they exceeded that by quite a stretch. Its a tricky thing to measure such a thing when we typically get good service anyway. I guess that its a combination of hard work, great attitudes and working together that really separates this team from some of the others. Maybe its just me. But in my opinion they deserve accolades.
