Wow too bad I cant give zero stars. 4500 sq feet home in 3.5 hrs and rushed through everything. Complained 3 different times, Took them 3 different times to get it almost right and 3 different days to finally get my house somewhat clean. My 1st and last time hiring a cleaning service. I had no idea you have to walk around with them and tell them what to clean and they still dont get it right. So many areas were left untouched its ridiculous. Then they want to charge over $400 for what????? The sad part is my house was empty no furniture at all dosent that make it easier to clean? I wasnt even moved in yet. They used the same rag to clean a few cabinets, the sink then the countertops? I said clean the fridge please then they leave the freezer dirty OMG so incompetent. 2 crackheads and supervisor who smelled like cigarettes. Never again!!!!!

I hired Maid Right for 3 reasons. 1- One of the owners took the time to come to my house, meet me and give me an estimate. Others I talked to wanted to guesstimate over the phone. 2- I wanted the same people every time. I got that. Others would not commit to that. 3- Priscilla and Carissa do a great job and they are not afraid of my dog. In fact he is very comfortable with them. Most importantly, Priscilla owns her own franchise. She has a vested interest in doing a good job. I was not looking for the cheapest cleaning service. I wanted quality and consistency at a fair price. Ive got that.

They manage the services in a very professional way. They are easy to work with and have great communication with the customers. Their follow up is excellent and they provide a book dor you to orovise feedback and requests. They clean in a very sanitary method. I have used their services for several homes. They have provided pre-move in deep cleaning, bi-weekly cleaning and post construction cleaning. Im always so pleased with their work! I have and will continue to recommend their services!
