I was really looking forward to finally having a good company, the first clean was ok but the kitchen counters had crud on them (and my house wasnt really dirty) They didnt wipe behind anything on the counters I could see dust behind the canisters and other items on the counter. The second clean they did move the stuff on the counter and wipe but there was still crud on a counter. I purposely didnt wipe my counters the night before just to see how they did. Ahhhh! Spencer, he came to my home and gave me an estimate (silly, I thought oh he is concerned about his customers) but I realized shortly into our conversation that he was kind of a snob and didnt smile and was sort of short with his answers when I asked about their cleaning standards Lastly, about 30 minutes after they finished cleaning this last time I dropped something on the floor and when I wiped it up with a paper towel the towel had dirt on it. I am paying for a cleaning not a wipe down. I can totally wipe it down myself and save $85 per wipe! Disappointed customer FYI Customer service is the #1 way to keep your business going and had they acted like they were concerned to see me go I may have acted on the offer of a new team to try!

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for more than five years now. The staff is fantastic and very service oriented. Josy is always very pleasant, friendly and helpful when I need assistance with something. The team that cleans our home, Maria V. and Paty, have been coming for over three years now. They know my routine, my daughter and my pets and I appreciate the care they take when cleaning our home. I have recommended The Cleaning Authority to several friends and family members over the years. Two family members in other states are now using them as well.

Don"t call them you will be sorry. I own many properties in town I need a good honest cleanning people. Did not turn out to be so . I was"t there im not sure how many hour they work .They charge me $280 clean 3 bathroom half way. The floor full with dirt cabinet draw never touch air condition vent never touch, the toilet clean half way .My 12 years old son will do a better job than this. I have call talk with the manager she being Rude to me and trying protect her worker. Not recommend

The cleaning ladies were generally good except when they scratched my mirror and tables. The owner, Spencer, was extremely rude and proceeded to yell at me when I asked him to repair the glass. He denied that his cleaning service even caused the problem (even when one of the cleaning ladies acknowledged that no such scratches existed before!). I will never use them or recommend them to anyone, very poor customer service!

The first clean was good, but the next two cleanings were below standard, i was basically paying for someone to vacuum the carpet and wipe down the mirrors. When I called to tell them that I wanted to discontinue service the guy on the phone became very angry and called me a stupid f*%ckin idiot, I think it may have been the owner! Nice way to run a business, Im sure your franchise wont last . . .

Initially we were pleased. But now we have had service for a number of years and here and there would find broken items plus some other issues I wont go into on this page. This last cleaning our back door was left wide open and we also found an irreplaceable figurine broken. Apparently it is time to find someone new.

Wow what a great job and customer service was excellent the lady named Josie was so much help explaining everything as far as what they do how much it would be what time they would arrive thank you for your services made my experience much easier than Ive ever dealt with before thanks again

I am so happy with my first cleaning with the Cleaning Authority! My whole house is so clean! I have struggled over the years to find a company that I am happy with and I could not be any happier! I look forward to many, many more house cleanings!

I would like to second the terrible customer service from the guy in the office. He is very rude. And the cleanings have continued to go down in quality...so I think it is time to move on.

I used this company for the first time this week and was very pleased. They arrived promptly, were very polite and worked very hard. The place was immaculate when they were done.
