So, Elena & her team are outstanding.. I had been actively looking for a reliable, affordable company to clean my bosss vrbo property. I really needed someone that could work with me as I help manage the house remotely. Elena impressed me when she called me back after I left a voicemail late one evening, & when I thanked her for calling back so soon she remembered that I had mentioned that I was in a pinch on my voicemail! Since then, shes been so great & even easier to work with. We created a cleaning guide for her team to follow while they clean our property & not only did she embrace our needs & wishes per our specific instructions she went above & beyond & mentioned some things that she thought we should add to make sure they were adhered to! She really knows how to make her clients feel happy. Id even say safe, because Im thousands of miles away, but with Elena in charge I know shell take care of us & I know the house will look perfect for the next guests. Shes super easy to reach too, we even text throughout the week to check-in! & she sends me pictures to show me how things look so I can get a visual which is great. & she even books my appointments for me online, all I have to do is let her know when we need a cleaning & a few minutes later I check my e-mail & find a booking confirmation. She also created a specific time slot for our vrbo property per our tenant check-out time as the turnaround time is crucial. We are working together to get a rhythm down pat for this property. Recently, she went out & bought supplies for us that we were running low on! I didnt even have time to Amazon Prime what we needed so she offered to go & purchase what the property needed. I was looking for a new cleaning company for my vacation rental home on VRBO. I needed a company that not only would do a great job but that is fast and reliable. I was impressed with all the good Yelp reviews with Superb Maids and thought I would give them a try. They exceed my expectations. A vacation rental has to be spotless. My guests pay top dollar for my fully furnished rental in Summerlin and are very demanding. The maids have to wash all the linens and replace them just as you would in a hotel room. They have to check everything very thoroughly as well so something like an old sandwich cant hide and turn into a disaster. Then there is the communication which for me is just as important. I had a guest wanting the home the same day the previous guests checked out. That meant a quick turn around for the maids. The move out dates changed and it made re-scheduling and timely communication critical. The owner Elena was very responsive and understood how important this job was being a VRBO home. There were multiple times where I needed to change things or talk to her and she always responded within minutes. They arrived early and were done on schedule and my guest was very pleased. I cant say enough about Elena and Superb maids. They will be an important part of my team for my vacation rental. Thank you Superb Maids and Elena.

After days of research for a reliable cleaning service and reading reviews I decided to go with Superb Maids. I called and talked with Elena the owner and she explained their process and answered all my questions. Elena assessed the home and sat down with me and told me what steps they would take to make sure my vacation rental would be ready for guests. The day of the cleaning Elenas supervisor arrived much sooner then the rest of the team. He introduced himself to me and went in the home to get his team prepared for the job. When the team got there everyone greeted me with big smiles. I was so impressed with their attention to details. They made sure that every corner of the home was clean. I was amazed how they made all of my kitchen appliances look new. They did a great cleaning job. Elena is a hands on owner so anytime I called she would answer or get back with me in a short amount of time. I needed the team to come out and take care of some other things and I called Elena and within 30 to 45 minutes she had someone out there. This is an outstanding company. I give them 5 stars. If you are looking for a reliable knowledgeable cleaning service give Superb Maids a try. Thank you guys so much.

Maybe the maids are superb, who knows ! But the office is a circus, Called to schedule an appointment Aug 18, they took all my info, address and credit card to secure the date and time, I said not to use the card that I was paying cash at the house , they said fine. We scheduled the 21st 9am, I get a voicemail on the 19th from them saying I understand you would like to set up an appointment, call us back so we can get your address and CC info. Really ? We just did that. I called back, I get something that sound like an answering service, they have no clue what I am talking about, she says let me look at the notes.. oh there was an issue with the card thats why they called you, oh the card you where not supposed to run ? and the card you dont even have because you just called me to say you needed my info ? Wait sir let me transfer you to the office... woman comes on... cant pull up my info .. she says you never made an appointment !! Great thanks GOODBYE ! unreal

I just bought a new house for 2 months. As Im a busy business owner. I really dont have time to clean up my massive house after the backyard construction. I found Super Maid on google. After I read all the reviews and I decide to give it a try. I pick the flat rate $219 for 5 bathroom house package. Super Maid sent Lined Josue Irina After I schedule an appointment in few day, they took almost 4 hours to clean up my entire house. The result are Marvelous like a 5 star hotel feel. I will definitely use Super Maid for long term commitment. PS:The only downside is they deep clean my GM Cafe burner cause my lock control malefaction which cant turn on the burner. I was called Elena. She responds immediately and setup an appointment to look for it. But bad things are good things. Therefore I can keep my 5 star brand new by not cook. So tonight our family enjoy a nice dinner at Italian Nova @ Palms. Happy New Year and thanks for everything:)

I deviated from my normal cleaning service (who had done a deep clean 3 weeks prior) as cleaner was out due to an illness. The cleaners were friendly and punctual. It was a bit hard communicating as they spoke no English, no big deal however and not uncommon. Initially after they completed their work things looked good, but upon closer inspection I noticed no furniture had been moved or vacuumed under. Im not talking big clunky furniture either (my other cleaner moves big furniture as well), so Ive found dust bunnies under various surfaces that I am having to go back and vacuum. In addition not all surfaces were mopped, a small rug in the kitchen was not moved to accommodate vacuuming and the kitchen was not mopped. I have travertine flooring in bath and kitchens and so "you can get away" with not mopping although one would expect a cleaner to complete such surfaces.
