I hire the Sears Maids for my biweekly house cleaning, and I have been very happy with them. All of our maid equipment are new and very efficient, and most of the products they use are lemon scented. Their vacumes have interchangeable heads for carpets, hard floors, walls, upholstery, curtains, etc. They also use different colored microfiber towels for different areas of the house to eliminate cross-contamination. Its these little detailed things that they do that make the most impact, in my opinion, such as the fact that they always leave behind lemon scents inside sink drains and put the little toilet bowl cleaners that turn the toilet water blue without me having to ask for it.

After many trials and disappointments with various cleaning companies, I decided to do my own cleaning and spare myself the frustration of dealing with incompetent cleaners. Until recently, I found out that Sears started a new cleaning service branch in San Diego, so I decided to give them a shot, and boy was glad. The service and attention was beyond what I expected or had gotten from Molly Maids, Merry Maids, etc. The employees were truly professional and did exactly what expected them to and more. And above all, their prices are cheaper than all of the competition. Dont bother looking for another cleaning company other than Sears if you live in San Diego county.

I have gone through several other services and none of them had the detail and commitment to quality as this company. I was very happy with how clean they left my house, it literally sparkled. They even got some old glue off a stubborn place in the shower and without being asked. They were on time, courteous and did a fantastic job.
