EcoCarpet came to clean my house yesterday, and I cant say enough good things about their service. They were very flexible with me, as I was having a very busy day, and was unable to vacuum my house before they arrived (they prefer that you vacuum especially when you have a pet who sheds like I do). The technician looked at my carpets and said that it probably wasnt necessary for me to vacuum, but I went ahead and did a little bit anyway. They were extremely friendly, and gave us booties to wear while the carpet was still drying. I have to say that my carpets have literally never looked better in the 7 years weve owned this house! We had SO many stains all over our carpets, and they are completely removed. The only one he couldnt get up was the nail polish my daughter spilled years ago (and I didnt think that was ever going to come up anyway). He did offer some pointers on how to get it up though, and I may decide to try them later. He also mentioned that in the past there was a theory if you get your carpets cleaned once, youll always have to keep getting your carpets cleaned. He told me that the materials carpet cleaners used to use made this true, but it was not true anymore. Now that my kids are older, I think well be able to keep these carpets cleaned for much longer, but I may just want to get them cleaned again because my house looks so darn nice right now!

I am so impressed with EcoCarpet. It was so simple to schedule an appointment. I did it all through the website, but was able easily to contact Chris on the phone when I needed to make a change to my appointment. They are professional, starting with their appearance. I really liked that they had on EcoCarpet uniform shirts. It shows that they care about their image and representing the brand. They also used shoe covers! I had the carpet cleaned throughout my entire house as well as tile and grout. I have white tile and white grout on the kitchen floor. With 4 kids, the grout had become quite dark throughout the years, even with weekly deep scrubbing. I was skeptical that the grout could be white again, but it is! The carpets look amazing, almost like new again. They were able to get out stains that my household carpet cleaner could not remove. I was able to leave my home while they worked and they called me when they were almost done. When I arrived, they had fans going on the carpet to expedite the drying process. My house smelled clean and fresh, not like harsh chemicals. As a real estate agent, I will happily refer all my clients to EcoCarpet and I can back my referral up with personal experience. Great job!

On the day of my appointment, I had a 2-hour window of arrival between 11 and 1 PM. Colin called me at 10:45 and said he had finished at his previous location early and could be there in 5 minutes, if that was okay. It was, so he came early. We walked around and talked about the problem areas -- some new paint drips (from us, oops) and some older stains -- a (hot pink!) paint spot and an unknown pet stain. The new paint stains came out completely and the older stains (at least 2 years old) faded significantly. We chose the "clean and protect" option and for 3 bedrooms, a hall/landing and stairs, the whole process took about 1.5 hours. He also used a large rake type thing to fluff up the carpet fibers in the high traffic areas where the carpet had become matted. He wore shoe covers/booties the whole time and left several extra pairs for us in case we needed to walk on the carpets before they were dry. The carpets look GREAT! We will definitely use EcoCarpet again in the future. Prices were reasonable and the service was fantastic. The carpets were dry by that evening and I didnt notice any strong, chemical smell. Just -- fresh!

We have been in our house for over a year now and wanted to stay on top of maintenance of the carpet. In our old house, we would rent a cleaner from a home improvement or grocery store, but it was clear that these left residues on the carpet and quickly looked dirty again due to the residues left behind after carpet cleaning. This time around, we considered several of the low/no residue carpet cleaning services (including EcoCarpet) and concluded that EcoCarpet was likely to actually clean our carpet and leave essentially no residue, hence we decided to try it out. The technician arrived on time and was very careful with our belongings and house in general. The carpets were definitely clean and seem to not be getting noticeably dirty as would happen if there was a residue of the cleaning solution on the carpet. In addition, the technician did a nice job cleaning tile and grout in the bathroom where the contractor had left dirty grout we couldnt get clean. Overall, I expect that we will keep using EcoCarpet in the future.

I just had my carpets cleaned professionally yesterday for the first time in years and I am amazed. The technicians at EcoCarpet know their stuff when it comes to cleaning carpet. Since I had not known the process of professional carpet cleaning, I had a lot of questions. The technicians took their time answering my questions in full detail. The entire process was easy and the end result was amazing. I cannot believe how much cleaner my carpets look and feel. I am finally able to let my son play on the ground without worrying about all the dirt and germs he is playing with too. Thanks EcoCarpet for a wonderful service and even more for having trained technicians that really know what they are doing.

I have a tenant who has Cystic Fibrosis and is pregnant. I was concerned about her breathing any chemicals as even the slightest change in the air can leave her coughing and struggling to breath. Typically when carpets are cleaned she stays with family for a couple days to avoid this. The carpet cleaning and pet treatment didnt effect her at all. I was so relieved. The technician was early. The technician was courteous and resolved all of my questions about the delicate situation at hand. I was so pleased with the patience and understanding. I will always call them first. My carpets were clean and fresh. No odors, softer and I am just really happy with the service and product.

We have used EcoCarpet Cleaning Service twice so far, and both times have been so easy. I love that you can schedule through their website, and then know they will show up on time and get the job done. We had a few problem areas that needed more attention and they took the time to really make sure those areas were clean. I used to be the kind of person who would just rent a carpet cleaner from the store and clean it myself because of the cost of having it professionally done, but honestly EcoCarpets prices are so great that it barely costs me more to have them come do it, and they do a much better job!

I recently had my carpets clean and I was amazed at what a great job EcoCarpet did. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and I appreciated that they told me everything that they were doing. They didnt try to upsale anything to me and they were quick and very thorough. Our carpets look amazing! My husband has already said that we will be having them come back every 6 months to a year because he loves how great they look. I would highly recommend them!
