The only thing MaidPro is pro at is mistreating its Hispanic workers. And, the owner told me not all their workers are Hispanic; so, I guess they are mistreating workers from other ethnic groups also. Using their service is like funding their cause of abusing laborers. They estimated over the phone that to clean the house for move-in would take 4.5 hours. They dispatched one female employee to clean the house. The amount of work needed to be done was beyond her capacity. She took no break (I am thinking not even a bathroom break) and worked through lunch. When I mentioned this to the owner, he said whether to take a break was up to her. How could she have taken a break? She was expected to finish cleaning in 4.5 hours alone! If she had taken a restroom or lunch break, then I wouldnt be getting 4.5 hours of cleaning that Id paid for, would I? MaidPro was certainly not paying for her to take a break. 4.5 hours had gone by, she didnt complete the job. I ended up paying for another 1.5 hours of cleaning on a discounted rate. But even after 6 hours, the house wasnt cleaned completely. I felt so sorry for her - she was so exhausted, and I just couldnt let her continue working, so I tipped her $20 and sent her away 10 minutes early. After the cleaning, I had shown the property to prospective renters, and there were a few who asked whether I was going to get the house professionally cleaned; when I told them I did, they didnt believe that the house had been professionally cleaned. The following Monday, I called the owner asking for a $20 refund, which I had paid extra to have the inside of the fridge cleaned, since the fridge wasnt cleaned. I ended up cleaning it myself. The owner said refunding wasnt company policy and besides he had already given me a discount on the last 1.5 hours of cleaning. By giving me a discount shouldnt mean that they didnt have to clean my fridge, which they had charged $20 for. Giving a discount and cleaning the fridge are two separate things. I didnt have time to deal with this, just refund my $20. The owner wouldnt. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Based on my explanation, the credit card company refunded me the money. I tell things as they are. I am not Peggy from below as the owner suspected. "Owner, youre not the victim here, please dont think everyone is out to get you. And, are you stephanie s. above Peggy? You see, two can play this game. Dont misguide the readers." And, Im not writing this review so I could please the owner - I can care less if he finds my review appalling. Truth can be cruel, live with it. His main concern should be how to improve his companys operation after reading this review. Here, I have a few suggestions: Give live estimates and charge a flat fee for move-in/out service. This way resources can be better allocated and the employees wont be pressed for time.

I was using a person to clean my house previously but was tired of having to pull out all the cleaning supplies and putting it all away. She also wasnt licensed and professionally trained. I received an advertisment from MaidPro and decided to give them a try. My first cleaning with MaidPro went fabulously. I walked in and the home smelled fantastic. I was left a checklist of everything they did and was pleased to find the couch was vacuumed and blinds cleaned. As the afternoon went on my kids found the toilet paper had been folded in to a flower (which they loved) and in the kitchen my towels were folded and neatly rolled. Needless to say that the cleaner did a fantastic and thorough job of cleaning but the extra touches really made it feel special. I have recommended this service to a few of my friends already!

I have been using MaidPro for about 7 months after switching from another service that charged me more (a lot more) and spent only 1/3 the amount of time cleaning my home that MaidPro does. I have them come out every two weeks and while it has taken us a little time to get everything dialed in, I am quite happy with their service at the house and very, very impressed with the level of customer service I receive from the Laguna Hills GM, Bill Briscoe. It is so hard to find companies that get it when it comes to customer service (and you would think more of them would in these economic times) and Bill and his team have it nailed. I happily recommend these guys to everyone that asks (and even folks that dont....lol).

I recently hired MaidPro to come and clean my house and had originally signed up for once a month. I am so pleased with their service that I am going to have them come back every two weeks. The staff were extremely friendly, fast, and efficient - and took the time to ask me questions as to how they could do their job better! They were also very conscious of my pet that was in my home, and were extra careful so as to not accidentally let him out any doors that night be open while they were unloading their cleaning supplies! I hope I get the same staff again and again! Thanks MaidPro!

We requested MaidPro to perform a cleaning service for our apartment because we were moving out. They did an outstanding job with lots of attention to detail. They were able to get the job done and stayed in communication over the phone if there were any questions. Very responsive and would use again if I required cleaning services again in the future. I called them on short notice, and were able to get someone the next day because someone else canceled their appointment. Lucky for me, but kudos to them for their organization in the scheduling department.

Yes, use them! Super great service and always do a fantastic job in my house in Mission Viejo. I needed a reliable house cleaning service and a friend in Irvine said shes used them for over two years now. I gave them a call and the office staff was very professional and provided lots of detail to prepare me for the experience. When the crew arrived for the first service, they were on time, did a great job and left the house in great and clean condition. Been using them for several months and highly recommend them.

Their maids have a bad attitude, did not clean our home well at all and killed my daughters fish. We are very dissatisfied with their service. They could never get our home entirely cleaned in the allowed 2 hours the 2 maids that were sent had and they refused to work over for the price quoted at which they initially quoted it for a complete house cleaning. Floors were constantly left dirty, rooms were forgotten etc. I dont recommend this company at all! Beware if you have fish, move the tanks to a safe place!

Ive had MaidPro clean my house twice now, and I am happy with the quality of work that they provide. They have always arrived within their designated "time block" and always work quickly and diligently to make sure they clean the entire house before they leave. GM, Bill Briscoe is also a pleasure to work with (over the phone). He is quick to deal with any scheduling issues that may crop up at the last minute to make sure that I was happy and taken care of.
