Im not a huge fan of Chick-fil-A. The service Ive experienced has been par with every other "fast-food" restaurant, while the food, IMHO, has been dry, bland and overpriced. This is however, just my opinion based upon my preferences. I know many others that think Chick-fil-A is great, but I disagree. Id choose eating a can of beans, ramen noodles or toast over spending money at Chick-fil-A. I have trouble spending $6 for a dry piece of processed chicken on bread when I can spend $1 at McDonalds for a McChicken that has mayonnaise and lettuce and tastes a hell of a lot better to me.

I did not want to write a review, but after about 10 visits, literally half of them had issues with our orders (ordering for me and co-workers). For example, this last time, my "delux" sandwich had only meat and pickles. No other toppings. Another time, they forgot the cookies we ordered. Other times, similar things. We have a saying at work now, "Chic-fil-a will always mess someones order up". I did not want to write a bad review, but you need to improve your service, because we keep getting jipped here.

If you have kids and need to get fast food and youre still losing "baby weight" even though hes 3 and youre too tired to cook and were probably alone in the universe anyway, head to chik fil a. You can get an 8 piece grilled nugget with a large super food salad (kale, broccolini, nuts, cranberries ), and its actually good for you and tastes good. Plus get some "me time" mindlessly scrolling through Facebook as your child enjoys the play structure and free book with their kids meal.

The level of service was fantastic. From the moment you start ordering up until you leave the restaurant, the Staff ensures that your visit is enjoyable. Even though it is a fast food restaurant, the staff are always available if you need something. A drink refill, more condiments, and whatnot, all while youre still enjoying your meal. They also ensure that the facility is well maintained by cleaning up dirty tables and whatnot in a prompt manner.

The food is great and I was very excited about a location walking distance from our home. However their breakfast customer service needs work. This is the third time my mother and I have ordered a meal and our coffee never comes out, I have to get up after 10 minutes, sometimes even after were almost done with our food and our coffees arent even served or just sitting on the counter. If this keeps happening well have to go elsewhere for breakfast.

They have great customer service and very tasty food. When i came back tonight to get dinner again and let them know about a mix up/mistake they had made on my order a couple nights ago. They went above and beyond to make up for it . Thank you Chik-fil-A I am a repeat customer and will continue to support your business when Im in the mood for tasty chicken sandwiches and Chik-fil-A nuggets.

The. Friendliest. People. We love to visit and the location is bright, cheerful (colorful, living flowerpot on each table is a nice touch) and if you have little ones, you will appreciate the kids play area, too. Great food and the people that help you are well-trained with excellent attitudes, so pleasant! They also have fantastic soft-serve vanilla ice cream, so save room after "Chikin"

I do not normally enjoy fast food. However when I do I love these places. Always friendly staffing with great customer service. I love that they will come grab your drink and fill it from your table along with taking your food tray way when you are done. Chicken salad sandwich is one of my favorites. If you havent tried their breakfast try there bagel sandwich.

Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe, and I got was a chicken sandwich with pickles. No tomatoes, lettuce, or cheese. Also the bread was all flattened. There needs to be better quality control over the food enforced. Food is good, but for anyone reading this, dont drive away without first visually looking at, and confirming that you received the correct order.

Worst Chick-fil-A in the area, always had bad experience. If they get the order right then they will give you old fries, full cup of ice when Ive asked light ice, and 2/3 rds of the milk shake! And when I say, they argue instead of fixing it. I would drive to another location now since, will never return, had enough. Shame for them

First time at a chick fill a. It was a result good chicken sandwich. It was also comparable in price to jack In the box. 20 bucks for two meals and a 8pc. nugget bunch of different sauces. They gave us warm cookies since it was our first time. Only bad thing is we were traveling and theres not one near us. Yet. Id go back.

My husband and I both ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. We both got just bacon on the biscuit. They gave us new sandwiches, but they were cold, cheese was not melted. It was not the best visit weve had there. Three stars because dinner experiences recently have been decent.

Thanks to Chick-fil-A Rancho Cordova Ca for sponsoring a fundraiser for Mitchell Middle School nearby. The restaurant was packed and the Chick-fil-A staff were put to the test. Lots of happy students and teachers having dinner together. Community in action. Great job everyone!

Ive been to many chick-fil-as, this one is the worst Ive been to. The people are nice but the chicken sandwhiches are always fried weird. I thi k they need to chamge the oil more often. They also forget the cheese on many occasions.

Great place for some excellent chicken. I usually go with the 4 piece strips but the sandwiches are great as well. The service here is awesome. They are always friendly and you get your food really quickly. I love coming here.

Pickle juice marinated chicken fillets. Yes thats the secret to their amazing chicken sandwiches. Its a might bit overpriced but the environment there is clean, the food is good, and its a great place to bring kids.

Very clean and friendly staff. Food is served quickly and delicious. Lots of condiments available. Ample parking with drive thru. Playpen is there for young children to play in. Only downside is the higher cost.

Professional fast service of delicious chicken. It is freshly cooked in fresh oil. Some places dont change their frying oil which leaves dark brown goop and tastes bitter. This place... fresh and yummy!
