If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the third time Ive ordered from them and still have had a terrible experience. This last time is the absolute last time I ever try them. I called in a delivery order, around 7 on a Saturday. I expected it to be busy and have a longer delivery time than had I just gone to pick it up, but when you have a house full of rowdy kids, delivery is easier. They told me 45 mins to an hour for a pizza and twists. No problem. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, I called to ask where my delivery was, thinking that the delivery was on its way, but I was wanting to confirm. NOPE. According to the person on the phone, it was sitting there waiting for a delivery driver to come pick it up. This is the THIRD TIME this exact same thing has happened. The other two times I actually waited a full hour and a half before calling - still the same thing - and both of those times I had an extremely rude woman on the phone who refused to refund the order since "it was already made" and waiting for the driver. I had to have a manager do the refund for me. So, you can imagine that with a kids sleep over party and no pizza yet, things are getting hairy....THANKFULLY, I was able to get my refund and get my husband to pick up pizzas from the Pleasant Grove location - which only took 20 mins for 3 pizzas and sticks, exactly as they promised. Which, for some reason, is the only reliable Round Table in our area, but doesnt deliver into Fiddyment Farm. They should. This Woodcreek location is absolute garbage.

Its unfortunate this is our only option for RT delivery... They informed me that theyd have to charge me extra for ranch and a $1.16 later, they forgot to include it. Not a big deal, right? It is when they seem to forget it EVERY TIME WE ORDER. Tonight was the 4th out of (maybe 10) times theyve botched our order. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.

They were very unprepared for lunch, I have 1hr for lunch got there in 10 minutes and was only able to get 2 slices of what looked like day old pizza! For $10.99 made a salad and had to wait about 5 minutes for them to fill the ranch dressing container. Never going for lunch there again!

Reserved room at 7. Showed up at 7:05 room still a mess from previous party. 7:15 one poor employee starts cleaning. Never finished wiping off tables and getting rid of previous food. Not that busy in the dining room either. Maybe understaffed? Poor experience.

thanks for not soliciting for tips, places like Dominos that have it on every edge of the box makes me not want to give them a dime, great quality pizza, seriously. Expect a decent wait but not too bad for the quality, was warm

Good pizza with fresh ingredients. A bit pricey compared to most of the other chain store pizza places, but can be made more reasonable with coupon specials. Love the Hawaiian style (Pineapple and Canadian bacon).

Absolutely cant believe you could make a pizza so bad and give it to a customer. I felt like they ran out of cheese and crust was nonexistent. plus I paid 20 bucks.

We ate here last week, and while it did cost more than some of the Pizzas I can normally afford, it was one of the best Ive eaten and well worth the expence..

The place was a Mess!! Dirty tables every where and salad bar was a disaster! Only one other person there at the time. Sickest looking chicken wings also

Pizza is good. For the most part they are consistent. Usually takes longer than they tell you and the pizza doesnt justify the cost.

its not the best, but it is close and convenient and yeah its good. Just not Campellis good or Amicis good.
