This is the worst pollo loco location!! I always have a problem with ordering. So i have the app and in the app i had a reward that i can redeem for free entree. They said no they cannot redeem it i have to have 100 pts to redeem. They did NOT want to understand that the points was a different offer than the reward i already had.so they tried to scan the rewars and supposedly i already used it..i tell them how did i already use it when i opened the offer in front of you!! I wouldnt have the offet avaliable if it was already redeemed!! I swear there was like 4 employees and the manager arguing with me like i dont know how the app works..most embarrassing moment in my life, with customers watching the whole ordeal. I decided to leave. The next day i decided to try and redeem the free offer through the app instead and it worked. Well another issue with this same place. I went through the drive through to pick up my order and they said i cannot pick up through drive thru i have to come inside!!! Ridiculous...other pollo loco locations let me pick up in drive thru....this place is horrible!!! And dont get me started in their customer service.. Very rude!! I called their "corporate" to complain and that was also no help.

The food is good but this is the second time we came in and the place is the same, there was no too much costumers but the place was dirty... dirty napkins and leftovers on the tables and on the floor... we had to clean up our table to be able to have our food. At that time 2 of the ladies behind the counter had a really nasty attitud toward us because I told my daughter ... "The tables are dirty, where are we going to be seated..." Anyway they didnt care about that, more people were coming in and they did the same as me... the costumers cleaned their tables.

Restaurant was very dirty hard to find a table that wasnt dirty or had food underneath it. If I hadnt already paid for my food I would have left. This place really could have used some one to clean the lobby. Went to get salsa and counter was so dirty. Watch as they refilled the salsa without using cleaned containers. They just mixed the old salsa with the new one in old dirty container. Hour after I ate the food came back up. Think I got food poisoning

I wish there was an option to give them no stars. For some reason every single time I go to the drive-through they never seem get my order right. So now I have to go inside the store , but they still find I way to mess my order up. This location is the worst. The customer service is horrible, I speak a second language other than English too but not in front of my customers

Chicken was burnt and dry. Order a 16 piece family meal and asked for a small gravy container for sauce so that we didnt have to use like 30 small sauce container. That will cost extra they said. Well we ended up using 30 of those small sauce container and Im sure it would have been cheaper to give us 2 of those small gravy container to use instead.

I brought my daughter to El Pollo Loco and because my daughter is black and I am white the Mexican girls spoke Spanish and basically were saying that she was a hooker hanging out with me I mentioned it to the person at the counter that I spoke a little Spanish and all they did was laugh about it pretty piss-poor

Unsanitary, had cleaning solutions and dirty towels next to the food and microwave oven in plain sight from the drive thru and NO one spoke clear English if I didnt really want the food I would have driven off

Food was ok,had a smell eminatibg from one of the bathrooms. Staff was either non-chant or used to the smell. Either way it is bad for business. Regional Manager you need to investigate !

Staff is unfriendly and I always get the same treatment when Im there which is just blah but food was okay, wasnt the best but I had worse. They get 2 Stars

Smells funny ...Tables stayed dirty for a while.... And filthy restrooms. Need better management who can focus on customers than talking behind counters.
