New to Sac and looking for good pizza. Google points me to Round Table and I give them a shot. I ordered online for delivery. These guys are a little pricey but they had a promotion for $10 off an order over $25. This discount brought them down to reasonable. I ordered a large pizza and some buffalo wings. Pizza C+: This pizza is a good sauce away from being an A. The crust was good. It was crispy and well cooked. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. The sauce though needs some work and brings down the pizza overall. It tastes like a simple tomato paste crushed tomato blend with very little seasoning. A cup of this and a dash of that in this sauce would go miles to making this some great pizza. I know some recipes that would compliment your crust if you want(I am a career culinarian, which is not a real word..yet). Wings D: Maybe I got unlucky here. The wings themselves are a touch over standard size and were cooked well. They just had zero sauce on them. Maybe this is standard and they just season the wings themselves but even then they did not have much flavor. As a wing conisure, I would give them an F if it was not for their size and them being properly cooked. Service A+: Reading other reviews here this seems to be these guys biggest knock. Since I ordered online I cannot comment on their folks phone answering abilities or ediquet. My order arrived in about 30mins and whoever brought it to me was extremely pleasant. A+++ for the delivery guy(tall African American early 20s w short hair Sun. 7/29 9:30pm just in case they want to give him some credit) Decor is a 2 because I cannot dock them for something I did not see. Over all I was not impressed. If I had to pay regular price I would be even more disappointed. I will end up giving these guys another shot at some point just to see if I caught them on an off day or if I got their standard. I will post my findings at that time. I hope it is better next time.

LATE and RUDE is what I usually expect from this Round Table pizza. On multiple occasions it has taken over an hour and a half to receive our food. If I call to inquire about the food I am given the run around or they act like I being rude and wasting their time. I believe I have the right to inquire about when my food will be arriving since I already paid and is already 40 to 50 minutes late. This wait time while annoying was tolerable, the restaurants attitude however is not. Still I put up with this rude service because the food was still pretty good and I am usually not one to submit complaints. However last night this Round Table finally officially lost my business permanently. I ordered a medium pizza and some cinnamon sticks. The order actually came in a timely manner which was a pleasant shock. I opened the boxes, the pizza was fine, the cinnamon sticks were not. They were all there just missing the glazing. In my mind I thought it would be no big deal, they could either just bring us some glazing or new set of sticks but they really just dont taste the same without it and I want what I paid for. If I am going to pay almost $40 for 2 food items I want them right! So my boyfriend calls to let them know about the mistake. First they tell him that he is wrong and his order was correct! He explains to the guy on the phone that no he is looking at the cinnamon stick and they are wrong and missing the sauce that goes on top of them and he knows this for a fact because he has had the cinnamon stick before. The guy then apologized and then he would be right there with a properly made order. My boyfriend was tired and upset so he went to bed. I, however, waited up an addition extra hour for a pizza guy to never show up. By far the worst service I have ever received from anyone.

Look at all of the POOR reviews for this place!! This was the first time I have contacted this specific location as I am new to the area. I called and spoke with NIKKO and KELLY. Both absolute HORRIBLE employees. After providing my address for delivery I am told the wait would be 35-45minutes. After 40 minutes of my family waiting I get a call from the delivery driver saying my address was "outside of their delivery area" as if I could have been told this BEFORE my card was charged during my initial phone call. Both of these guys laughed when I told them the funds they withdrew were all we had for dinner tonight. Unapologetic and the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS POORLY ANYWHERE!

Appreciated the friendly greeting and positive attitude of the employees here. Like having the plates and drink glasses available, rather than having to ask for replacements as needed. Restrooms need better cleaning, as there has always been a stench in that area of the restaurant.

OMG. I just had the absolutely rudest over the phone Customer Service...or lack there of that I have ever received. He was horrible. Please let our pizza be delivered. I mean just outright dispespectful. No personality. Just nasty!!!!

I hated the pizza that I had last night. I spent $30 on a nasty pizza! You can clearly see that they are cutting back on toppings, sauce and cheese. I shouldve asked for a pan of bread considering thats what I got. Never again!

Really spacious Round Table Pizza location. Friendly service. Lunch buffet 11am-2pm everyday and dinner buffet on Tuesday evenings. The pizzas have crisp crusts, generous toppings, and, my favorite: tasty sauces.

Service was great! Food good! The place was filthy! Tabletop had a layer of grime that was completely disgusting. Napkins holder were filthy as well. 75% of them were empty. Very disappointing. We wont be back

The manager, Jennifer D. is very nice and professional. Wi-Fi has been added to this place. The pizza is very good! This is a nice clean Round Table Pizza. This place has a couple of flat screen televisions.

To me Round table pizza is really good. But there prices on a pizza is ridiculous. I bet there margin on a pizza is probably over 200%. Thats why I will never buy there pizza again.

The buffet is well priced (7.99 for all you cab eat pizza and salad bar) and has a nice variety of pizza, not just the typical pepperoni, cheese, and combo.

The pizza is good, but I feel I have had better at other round tables. Also, one thing that I dislike is that its dirty in there to me. Just my opinion.

Staff was friendly. Salad bar was stocked and fresh. Pizza was great. Would give Round Table 4 0r 5 but cost of food is too expensive.
