Tonight, we ordered Pizza from the Round Table in Gilroy. I dont know if they have changed ownership or not but the pizza was AWFUL, the price was RIDICULOUS and the manager was INCOMPITENT!!! We ordered 1 large Pizza and 1 Medium Pizza and drove from San Martin to Gilroy to pick it up. Our total was $45.00 for TWO pizzas. We got home and went to dig in; we opened the lids of the pizza boxes and were furious! THe medium pizza we ordered had FOUR slices of pizza with nothing but sauce on them, absolutely NO TOPPINGS! The large pizza we ordered was a specialty pizza that was supposed to have 7 meats; ours had 3, yes 3!! When I called the manager to complain, he said we ordered "Pan" crust and when you cut pan crust, the toppings fall in between the slices....BOLGONA!!! Then he said he would make me a new pizza and I could come get it, when I asked him if it was free he said "Only if you bring in the pizza you claim isnt correct and Ill trade you". ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!!! I told him forget it, we just wont order pizza from him anymore and he said "Sorry, have a good night" and then he hung up! The four of us that ate the pizza have been sick all night and are regretting EVER ordering the pizza!

Ive rarely been disappointed by this Round Table, and I buy pizza from them a lot! The few times I have been disappointed have had solely to do with the pizza being cold by the time it got to my house (I order delivery) but thats generally an easy fix with some quick warming. So not a huge deal. Pizza is usually delicious and I will continue to order from them!

Order was wrong. I called back to speak to inform them that the order was incorrect. The woman on phone was RUDE and did not want to hear what i had to say and hung up. I called again and was told manager didnt not want to speak to me and was AGAIN hung up On AGAIN! So much for CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROFESSIONALISM. I WILL NEVER AGAIN eat at this place!

One of the worst round tables. It is pretty old. Long wait. Only one trip to the salad bar is allowed. You cant get your own refills. Decent pizza
