Wonderful customer service by both the cashier and the supervisor on duty!! I walked in unsure of what to order and the young man patiently helped me make a decision. Meanwhile the restaurant is full. The pizza came quickly but incorrect. The young man was willing to go out of the way to fix it but I denied the offer. Our party was a bit rowdy and before he and I got back to the table, the pizza was gone! I was very disappointed with our party and stepped out for some air. As I returned the supervisor approached me stating her associate shared with her what happened. Needless to say, she replaced my pizza with loads of compassion. Thank you for keeping smiles on your faces and for replacing mine!! Boom..

Worst service EVER! Went to the buffet. They had one own wit 4 slices left for over 25 mins. I had my two young daughters waiting for pizza for over 30. I spoke tyne the manager and he said they were behind and it "wasnt his fault" that 13 person party came in and wiped him out. He then stated he needed to get back in the kitchen and "Make some pizzas". He said he would come find me after things calmed down and "care of me". After another 30 minuets, he never came by!

Really Love the pizza here at this Round table off of Whitelock rd and Bruceville.. Its way better than the one on Laguna. Pizza crust is crispy and toppings are fresh. We had half chicken garlic and the other half pepperoni. Friendly customer service and not to long of a wait even when there was a lot of people.

Round Table, a classic American Staple in the pizza industry. It is appealing in nearly every aspect. Pizza, Amazing. Bread Sticks, Outstanding. Hospitality, Impeccable. The pasta however was mediocre. In pertinence to the price, Round Table is outlandish but makes up for it with outstanding food and service.

Once again they are not willing to put pepperccinis on my pizza... I just think its crazy that the Round table down the street is willing to. They say some lame excuse of cross contamination and yet all the other ingredients at the bar is added on their pizza. Last time Im coming here!

Among one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. Told our pizza would be 30-45 min. It took 1 hr 15 min. Ordered a beer took 20 minutes. Pizza was greasy. Most tables were dirty. I complained and never got a response. To bad I like round table. Just not this one

Ordered for delivery and it came faster than expected. Respectful service over the phone and in person. Order arrived earlier than predicted and was absolutely to perfection as much as a delivery pizza can be. Highly recommended and suggested for a tasty pizza experience.

This is our go to place for pizza. My husband likes a thick crust. For the first time last night, our crust came back uncooked in parts. Normally they would get a 5 star plus rating, but last night was disappointing.

Wasnt very clean place tables and chairs need to be cleaned. Orders were wrong order pepperoni pizza received Hawaiian. It was a very hot day and it was just as hot inside the building.

We order from here so often, we should have stock in Round Table. Make sure you know what locations you are calling, as there are three Round Table Pizza locations in Elk Grove.

The pizzas are a little expensive compared to other competitors. I strongly believe they make they make the best pizza. Its fresh and crispy..they have good flavors.

My opinion, round table fell off. I ordered a personal pizza for my sons lunch, he said it was good, but he is 11 and currently tap dancing in his iPhone.

This roundtable has workers that are not trained. The pizza comes late and cold. Very disappointed. I usually like roundtable but this is not good
