Service sucks, my mother loves coming for the buffet so we went and they said the drink machine was out of order but yet 2 minutes later I see 2 guys get beverages from there so when I asked about it the employee replied with "Oh well those people work here its the customers we cant sell too" not only that my mother and I were over here starving because there was still no pizza so I decided to run out to the store (for drinks which didnt go too well) i come back n none of the pizza Id even eat was even out (nor were there breadsticks etc.) my mother had already finished eating. And I had only gotten to eat a salad. I was already agitated by then so simply asked for a partial refund since I didnt even get to eat what I originally came for. And even after telling her what happened the young girl said she doesnt understand why Im irritated and I have to give her an actual legitimate reason. That theres fresh pizza out now. (Yeah, like I really feel like eating now.) Amazing how I can be a frequent customer and be treated this way the ONE time I ask for some understanding/empathy. Apparently the girl was a supervisor, and she shouldnt be because obviously she doesnt understand how to take care of good customers services. Im usually happy coming here but this just made me walk straight out and not come back of not for my mother maybe.

I just made the mistake of trying the Galt, Round Table. I ordered a Medium, 3 topping, thin crust... What I didnt realize was that if you tell them what you want, as opposed to letting them decide what you get... you pay extra. OK, get this... I ordered a 3 topping medium and was charged just under 23.00... For 3 dollars more I could have had a LARGE Combination with 12 toppings.... what a load... You let them know what you want and they say OK but you will pay for it. I ask for a thin crust, what I got was a soggy cracker. Wouldnt you expect a thin crust to be crispy??? I could go on but the truth is,,, this wont have any affect. Round Table Pizza will continue to serve (Sub- Quality,)pizza because it is not good for you, over priced, and as a society, this is what works. I tossed the pizza after seeing what I had,,, the neighbors goats even walked away...

Paid for a buffet. Sat for FIFTEEN MINUTES with nothing but salad in the buffet. The last time we were there they had no ranch! What pizza place doesnt have ranch? And the time before that they had no lettuce on the buffet after asking 3 times they finally put it out. Tonight I cleaned off a table for us since every available table was dirty. Gross. If you are going to have a buffet, staff the night for it at least. Not to mention, none of the employees acted like they even cared that everyone was upset. It was not anyones problem that we didnt get what we paid for. If it wasnt for my husband who LOVES round table pizza, I would literally never go to another one.

I went to order by phone and I live ten minutes away. They said they cant drive there because its out of their radius. Whats funny is Im from Elk Grove and just driving to a house in Elk Grove to deliver a pizza takes at least 10 minutes. They got some stupid show running over there at round table. Whats also funny is the Chinese place right next door is bringing me food now. I definitely would boycott this place. Kids were giving me attitude when I questioned them.

Brian was so helpful picking what I needed for my urge to purge on pizza and cheesecake! when my food arrived at the best western, upon delivery Giovanni (the driver) was super fast with this tasty food! Big tip to those guys! They need a raise!!!

Paid for the buffet. There was two pizzas. One semi combo and one Hawaiian. Both looked like they have been sitting there for hours . card board texture and taste. Been here an hour. No fresh pizza put out

Terrible service there, always getting our order wrong. Always ask for no onions and our pizza always ends up with onions. And half the fountain drinks dont work, got one to go and it was just water?

Pizza generally okay (less and less toppings on combination) but 9/10 times the service is NOT GOOD. By all means, avoid Sunday evenings!

Ordered a Med Pep, X-cheese, pan crust. They said 1hr. Pizza came in 30 mins, piping hot! Pizza was fabulous. Highly recommended!
