I ordered a medium pizza pepperoni 20 minutes before I arrived. I get there and they charge me $25 for a medium pizza. Which Im ok with paying. My daughter loves pizza and is so excited to be there. then they said it will be 3 more minutes. 5 minutes later they tell me that the pizza didnt cook right so they had to throw in another one and it was going to be another 15 minute wait. I left because I had my wife and son waiting in the car. I cant wait 15 more minutes. My daughter starts crying because shes hungry and really wants pizza. I ended up going to little Ceasers Down the street. Very disappointed with this place. Such a shame the employees dont like their job enough to try their best.

Recent employee. Tonight I took my son and wife to "family night. " A lot has changed. The recent remodel has made the place very bland. There used to be a face painter or someone doing crafts with the kids but it seems like they stopped them. Only a select few of the employees are cheery and friendly. They have balloons up but none of the children actually have any. Its sad what has become of the store because family night used to be fun and I would enjoy bringing my son.

I would put zero stars if I could. They do not understand what customer service means here. We came to this place to celebrate our rec swim clubs championship. Instead we get an hour and a half of waiting, lame excuses, outright lies, insincere apologies, and no pizza. Needless to say we will never dine here again. The pizza quality has deterioated over the years and the price is outrageously expensive. Please save yourself the heart ache and dine ANYWHERE else.

Second lunch here in a month-here for the lunch buffet-a favorite. I stood in line and waited for an employee to appear, to take the order from the mother ahead of me. All the tables hadnt been cleaned & I moved previous customer plates & stuff aside. The bathroom had no hand towels. Pizza was slow to be placed on the buffet, the cinnamon twists never appeared while I was there. A disappointing visit-wont be back here for awhile.

Employees are RUDE! I walked in today and saw the same rude male employee taking orders so I turned around and walked back out. My family and I went and requested light sauce on the pizza and that was a big issue to the employee. He talked to us as if we were stupid and laughed after every word that came out our mouth. We ordered a pep light sauce 2 salads and sodas. I will not go back to that place!

Ate from the pizza buffet, got to the table and all of the pizza was cold, waited a while and went to get more, still cold. Salad was nasty and turning brown. Bathroom was a mess. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. It looked so nice from the outside.

Makes things wrong frequently, unprofessional staff. Last time we were there, the manager would not honor a price given on a pizza because he "forgot" to tell his employees that the special was over. Not going back.

I love round table. Service is good here. Never takes longer for delivery than the time they tell me. More expensive than some of the other pizza places but its definitely worth it.

At the lunch buffet, they had old pizza and the new batch didnt come out for 20 minutes. I think they were understaffed that day though- they were trying hard.

Crust was too thin. I ordered half combo and half pep instead got like 1/4 combo. Way too pricy for pizza with a crust that tasted like a frozen pizza!

Went there for the lunch buffet took them 20 mins to finally bring out more pizza. A lot of people only get a 30 min lunch
