I ordered a small Greek salad with chicken and it didnt even fill up half the box. It was smaller than the house salad and the lettuce was brown. The prices are very high for the small amount you get and the quality of the food and service you get has gone down terribly. The order has been wrong 3 out of the last 4 times Ive been there and we always order for the whole office staff. A couple years ago this place was amazing. Not sure what happened but I wont be back there. Panera you better step it up!

Food is great! When they get your order right. Male cook was kind of rude. I substituted chicken for ham. (When I got my order, I said, "theres ham in there". He said, "Thats what you ordered..." INSTEAD of saying, "Ill fix it for you..." Yesterday we went, I ordered Asiago cheese focaccia for my bread choice. They ring me up for a Asiago steak sandwich. She didnt read me back my order and didnt know about the extra sandwich until I was given my receipt.

Service is extremely slow at the register. How can they put one cashier when the line is 8 people deep?!?! Not the place to go for a quick bite!!! Sandwiches were good, but on the small side. Clam chowder and French onion soups were good. People just order one thing and stay there for hours, probably because they offer free WiFi. Hard to find a table, especially a clean one. The staff doesnt look out to see which tables need to be wiped.

Ran out of everything how do you run out of bread when your a sandwich and soup house. Service at the register was tremble. Manager was completely lost. Will never go there again...Call the main manager and she offered to fix everything by training her crew and fixing what I felt was was wrong with that bad day. Im giving them another chance to fix the wrong.

I tried the avocado chicken melt which was good. It had salt on the top, crunchy and it was delicious. I wish the sandwich was a little bigger. I love clam chowder but yesterdays was a little watery. The strawberry and banana yogurt smoothie was delicious. Im excited to go back for the avocado chicken melt.

The food was excellent. It was my first time going, so when I ordered through the kiosk, no one told me to just grab my cup and the banana I ordered so I was walking around looking a little crazy toward the end. But other than that, it was a cool place. The food came faster than I expected, too, so thats a plus.

Panera has good food and I love the "U pick 2" - your choice of half sandwich, soup or salad - any combination of 2 items. Most items are low in calories and its yummy comfort food. I would have given this location 4 stars but the interior needs a little sprucing up. Food was good as always.

Came to this location at 7:15pm on a Sunday. Figured they would be out of bread bowls. And they were. But they tried to pass off a single slice of bread as a replacement to a whole bread bowl and a baguette. Total failure Panera. Step your game up. Broccoli cheddar was delicious as usual.

Cozy little corner to study or have a meeting. The wifi is decent and free. The food is delicious and you have quite the slection to pick from. The bathrooms and kept nice and clean. The employees are friendly and greet with a smile. One of my favorites spots to go

Cant recall exactly. I think I went back to try the chicken and the experience in Davis was still too fresh in my mind. Just cant get over it, and I wont be going back to any of them. Which is too bad for both of us, cause I really liked that sandwich.

My Friends and I absolutely love Panera Bread. The soup and salads are excellent along with the rest of the food they serve. Their pastries and desserts are wonderful, you cant go wrong eating here

Cashier didnt do a great job of explaining a menu options. The food at this location wasnt the freshest either. My baguette was hard and the soup seemed like it had been sitting for awhile.
