Much like Ashley, this Chipotle is close to my work thats why I frequent it for luch. I like Chipotle due to the freshness of food but this location is super stingy with portion. They would lightly scoop meat especially and it is not even 1/2 scoop and some times dump the meat back if the server/boss think they scoop up too much. I been to many other Chipotle and the serving size is very consistent except for this location. When I ask to have a full scoop they frown and said "it will cost you extra"!!?? Why should I be charged extra for the right portion I already paid for? If not for the proximity to my work I will NEVER eat here. Terrible service.

Ok... Not My Choice Chipotle.... I have been twice, both times ordering a chicken burrito, the burritos are never wrapped right. The beans, pinto beans, in comparison with other chipoltes, are not cooked adequately, also the pico salsa, is extremely liquidy. I decided to give this place another shot today, I might come back, if I cant get to another Chipotle location. Also, could be cleaner.

Thank you chipotle on Howe! We stated we have a dairy allergy and the whole staff changed their gloves washed their hands and cleaned their work areas. It was a huge breath of fresh air to have our needs understood without explaining it over and over again (as we often do at other restaurants). Thank you! Thank you! You took great care of your customers!.

Me and my wife visited this particular Chipotle last week and I must say that the Customer Service we received from the three gentlemen working the front was absolutely fantastic. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. They made our visit a pleasant one! The food is always great as well, will definitely return to this one anytime.

I was not happy with my meal at this location. The burrito was falling apart all over the place. The quality was pretty typical for Chipotle and the taste wasnt bad per say but I have had much better food at other Chipotle locations. This could have been a fluke, but I likely wont be back to find out.

Obviously good food but they screw you on portions. The worker and I had a talk about why I pay $8 when my burrito is half the size it should be. They will correct the problem as long as you make sure all the people in line hear your complaint. You should get at LEAST what you pay for

I love Chipotle but the only real reason that I am rating this Chipotle(Arden) a good is because they are cheap with there ingredient. I never seen such a small burrito from chipotle even with double meat. So if you want your money worth, dont go here.

Good food. Fast service. Polite staff and workers. Noticed the meats are getting smaller in amounts when I order my burrito bowls so I ask for more chicken but they hardly put anymore. Place is always clean and very busy!

Industrial interior design similar to other locations. Due to the location, more likely to have customers Id probably usually stay clear of. Food is as good as other Chipotles. Large seating area and usually not crowded.

This particular location is cheap with portion sizes. Ive been here multiple times to know this. The regular portion of meat that gets added in other locations will be charged extra at this location. Cheap aholes.

Alright service but I dont know how great the training they got. Got a double wrapped burrito and had no idea of how to do it. Spelled the stuff in my burrito everywhere and continued to roll it in the foil.
