Hands down, Jackson Catering is one the best companies Ive ever worked with. We hired them for our June wedding at the Old Sugar Mill in Clarksburg. We started off a few months prior setting up our food tasting date with Evan who was fun to work with and gave us plenty of options with our budget, menu and style. Plus, he was over accommodating, even picking up his phone before he was going in for a root canal?! We had not 1 but 2 food tasting trials which were amazing and Evan answered all our questions and came up with ones we didnt even consider. For our wedding the day of we worked w/ MaryAnn (who I believe unfortunately for everyone moved out of state). Again, handled everything!! I just had to give her a list of what I was dropping off and where it needed to be and was completely amazed when I saw everything put together when I walked into my reception. Everything was lovely and PERFECT! Again, MaryAnn thought of things I didnt even consider and the event ran off without a hitch. This is also thanks to all their servers and staff. A shout out to Richard who found my husband and I outside in the midst of taking pictures to serve us appetizers (before they disappeared) and glasses of wine. They also, along with Carvalho Wine Company cleaned up the event when finished. We had to do nothing. Now down to the most important thing...the food! I have NEVER heard so many compliments about food, let alone at a wedding reception. I agree with all my guests, it was amazing! We served buffet style and had guests going up for seconds and thirds!!! If you want to have an awesome wedding for yourself and your guests, hire Jackson Catering. You wont regret it!!!

Oh My Goodness!!! Where do I begin? These people were wonderful to us! They were recommended by another catering service who couldnt do our party. So I thought they must be good, their competition was giving them 5 stars. When we went for the tasting, it was hands down, they were going to be hired. We liked Evan right off. We didnt have even one problem through the entire time. They sent out 5 people, experts, to do our 55th Anniversary Party for 40 people. The chef? Awesome. The food was wonderful, and is still being talked about. The other 4? Awesome. Personality Plus on all 5. We never did this before, had something catered, and we are so glad that we have the memories that this group gave our family, friends and my husband and me. These people set up everything, cooked, served everyone and cleaned up completely for 6 hours. And they did it with such kind, friendly willingness to please. They were a joy to everyone.

Evan, I cannot count the compliments we received about the food and service at our sons wedding here at our home in Courtland last week. Honestly, the fact that you served nearly 500 people a flawlessly prepared, temperature-perfect, absolutely delicious meal in under 20 minutes(!) is unheard of! We marvel at the ease with which you set up, served and cleaned up our big event--- no glitches we were aware of. Thank you so much! Please know that we will only use and recommend Jackson Catering & Events forevermore!
