I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, regardless, I have very high expectations for food preparation, service, and fine dining experiences! When I want to go out for a nice dinner, which is not often that I can afford such an occasion, I expect it to be above-and-beyond your ordinary fine-dining out. My boyfriend and I decided to have a nice Friday Night Out. The special for the day was a pasta dish and a salmon dish. Since I am pregnant, we both ordered the Herb Crusted Salmon Filet special, being as we both really enjoy most Salmon dishes; it sounded like a nice meal to share together. We were sorely disappointed! His Salmon dish came to him RAW! I dont mean slightly undercooked raw, but dark pink! As raw as it could possibly be, RAW! My mouth was full of food, and completely dropped as I watched him cut into his portion with his fork! "Dear God!" I thought! He sent his plate back, of course! I was completely disgusted, and we were both appalled at this! The establishment is lucky that this particular portion did not come to ME, as I would have raised hell! No pregnant women is allowed to consume any raw fish, eggs, meat, or vegetables such as sprouts, ect. If that was my portion, I would have asked the manager to bring the line cook for the meat station out to my table! I would have asked that line cook, "would you eat this?" I would have embarrassed him in front of everyone for being so completely incompetent! (Thankfully, my portion was cooked correctly; and I was hungry!) It was awkward to have to sit in front of my boyfriend eating my dish without him, since we were supposed to be enjoying a nice meal together. When the waiter brought his plate back, we were surprised to see only half his Salmon on the plate. When the waiter was asked if it was the same piece he said, "yes." It was only half of the portion of the filet that my boyfriend had before. Instead of the double portion of mashed potatoes that he had asked for, they only put one portion of potatoes on instead. My boyfriend was not impressed, and refused the plate again. The manager had come out, to check and see how everything was. My boyfriend explained that he was not impressed. We had bread, and salads before-hand, and cheesecake afterwards, so at least he had SOMETHING to eat. But we were both very disappointed. Especially being as I had to eat by myself, and in front of him. When we asked the manager if it had been microwaved, he said that the establishment did not own or believe in microwaves. Being as his plate was returned within ten minutes, before refusing it for the second time, Im am skeptical of the fact that this is true. If they did not put it in the microwave as said, that means his portion that he ate off of, was re-fired on the grill. Meaning his saliva went onto the grill, that other peoples food is continuing to be cooked off of! This alone is cross contamination, and the thought of that is disgusting! You do not take someones portion, and reheat it in a microwave; you do not take someones portion, and refire it on a grill that you are cooking other peoples food on. You fire a new piece, damn-it! How many other people who have ate off their plates, get their food "re-grilled"; their saliva mixing in with other peoples food? This is by far one of the worst health and safety hazards I have had the pleasure to experience! The idea is completely disgusting! For a franchise that makes $1.7 billion dollars a year, the least that they can do is have food come out right the first time, cooked -not RAW, and uncontaminated! We were thoroughly disappointed that our one Friday Night Out was so appalling. I was also disappointed that I paid for a $50 meal for 2 people, where I had to eat by myself. It was not enjoyable, and I am disgusted. I will not be returning again. This place is literally a HEALTH & SAFETY HAZARD! DO NOT EAT HERE!

I dont understand how this restaurant is so popular. I was sited on a two-person table that was extremely close to the other customers. This actually made it very uncomfortable and it was hard to have a conversation because you can hear the people sitting next to you so clearly. The price of the food is way too EXPENSIVE. I honestly dont understand how they justify the high price of the food considering this is a restaurant-chain. I ordered a drink which was $13 dollars, I could not believe that a cocktail that size and not that good which seemed to have no alcohol could cost that much. My meal was a pasta dish that was not that great and the portion was rather small considering it did not have any sides. This was the lunch special which was only about $3 dollars cheaper than the main dish. I had eaten here before and the food did not impress. I was unable to justify my coming here other than for the cheesecake this place is so popular for. The customer service was okay but not great. Our server forgot about us quite a bit as the place was busy. She was fine but I wish she would have been more polite and cheerful as to add to a more positive experience since the value for my money was a disappointment in itself. The venue was nice but I have been to nicer ones from this chain. As stated before, they should provide more space between tables to allow for some "privacy" or so to speak. The place looked clean and the ceilings were pretty. In summary, if you want to come here for the cheesecake alone, go for it. However, if you wish to have a more enjoyable experience with better food and reasonable priced, GO ELSEWHERE! Dont forget this place is not meant to be high-class with special chefs , this is a chain! It does not matter how hard the chain tries to appeal to the customers as high-end as to charge more money , its not worth it people. This place is worse than other similar chains such as Red Lobster or Olive Garden and is way more expensive. Think objectively before coming here.

First time at this restaurant & NOT IMPRESSED! My family & I (4) came here for my sons birthday dinner. Its packed Saturday night, thats typical night matter where you go. After being seated I tell server its my sons birthday dinner & would like them to sing & embarrass my son, not a problem. Service started out good, but then server comes back twice to say theyre out of the appetizers I ordered & has a LIST of items theyre out of, ridiculous! We blow it off until we receive our food. My husband ordered a pasta dish & it didnt look appetizing. He couldnt eat it, it tasted so bad. I ordered chicken tacos & the rice tasted awful. My son agreed. I then taste my husbands pasta & immediately spit it out. 10-15 mins later & im sick, feeling nauseas & hot. Server doesnt return to table, we have to find her, doesnt ask us how our food is, just if we need boxes. Then after waiting 10 mins to get 2 slices of cheesecake (Im thinking the wait is to gather co-workers to sing & embarrass my son) and my husband tells me he cant find server after looking for her & hes gonna have her box cheesecake slices while I bring car around. Im waiting another 5 mins before calling him to find out where they are & still waiting to end things. And to make it worse, no happy birthday sung to my child & a bill of almost $200. Never going back! Save your $$ people, its not worth it!
