Food was a little below par but service was absolutely butt ugly. Young man running about (Kristofer) appeared to be on a power trip as he told customers they could not use plastic cups for salad dressing and could not sit in the little room to the side because it has been cleaned for closing. Cleaned at 7:30 when they close at 10:00? Oddly enough a single individual was allowed total use of the room as he pleased for his pitcher of beer and plate saturated fats. Good message to the children of the family that was denied. Talk about a place playing favorites! A little advice to you at round table and your coveted special room: those who you deny today will NOT be your good customers later. And those customers that are your "good" customers today will simply move on to someplace else if you fail. They may be good customers but I seriously doubt they alone can fully support your business. Guys, paying customers are GOOD customers. This single individual has forever soiled my impressions of this location. Watching him gallop about bleating at the guests the dos and donts he seems to be the kind that believes he is an amazing worker. In reality he is extremely poor at the only thing places like this thrive upon: GOOD customer service. He was however very good at blaming his coworkers for things not going right with out order. If only every employee there were a fast talking sleaze like you. Then nobody would be to blame for the lousy food, appalling service and overall bad experiences the guests have.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza a few days ago, it was the worst pizza I think Ive ever eaten. Round table is supposed to be one of the best pizza chains, if not the best, but this store should be closed, the food is awful. The pizza was old and dry, like it had been sitting under heat lamps for hours. Nobody popped the bubbles while it cooked, so it had large cheeseless portions. It was my first time ordring from them and they mentioned that, so I thought maybe theyll try extra hard to impress me on my first visit, but they didnt and I wont be returning. The shittiest pizza in sacramento, id rather eat at little caesars.

Worst place to order or get customer services. Multiple times they mess up our order but today was the worst! Ordered online and went there 15 minutes after the pick up time, it wasnt ready and even worse there were a few customers waiting on their orders for longer than us, the lady at the register and the cooks didnt know which order was which and the manager was so unhelpful and he gave us attitude when we asked for our money back. Bottom line, I will NEVER order from there again! Terrible service.

Poor, poor customer service and not once have I ever had anything BUT good service and manners from the employees... until tonight. Wow, you get a little busy and let that stress you out to where you are rude to the customer... nice business handling there kids. Hope people actually read these reviews and hope the company gives counseling sessions to thier employees or hires people who can handle the fast life of making pizzas and serving not only great pizza, but great customer service as well.

Very bad experience. Showed up on time to get my pizza and wings. To find out that the guy said it will be ready in 2 minutes. So i waited. Next thin you no the guy makin my pizza is askin. Front guy how do you make this pizza i dont no what cheese to put on it. Then he said again. It will be ready in 2 minutes. 7 minutes go by. He hands me my food. I go to my car. And my pizza was cold. Will never go back again. So i gave it to the homeless people around the corner.

Salad is always dry and the customer service is horrible. Dropping your money in your hand and giving you Items with the tips of there two fingers. If you are scared to touch someone you should work in the back or dont work customer service. Everyone should be treated equal regardless of race or creed!!!!!!!!

I came for the lunch buffet and they literally dont make any pizza unless you tell them. They are so slow and if things run out in the salad bar they will not go refill. Horrible customer service the laziest employees I have ever encountered.

Went here for the lunch buffet. The salad bar was fresh, but a little small. The pizza was good, with an okay selection, and they asked us if we had any pizza requests when we paid. Good experience overall, will go back.

I had Roun Table Pizza only for a couple of times, but their Pizza is awesome. I have never had Pizza tasting so real. They are excellent in customer service as well. I diffinitly, recommend it.
