Jalon is one of the best barbers that I have been to and someone who takes his craft very serious. Zo and OJ have not cut my hair or lined up my beard but looking at the cuts and attention they give to their clients they are excellent barbers as well. If you walk into a barber shop know matter where you are at the south, east or west you need to ask do you take walk-ins, how many do you have, or do you take appointment. you just cant walk in and sit down and think you are going to a cut. most barbers have regular clients that come in on a weekly bases. if you come in and just sit down they assume that you have made an appointment with a barber to get a cut. you need to ask questions or you will be like that guy Law looking lost.

Been going here for years!! This place does get packed, service clients WHO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AHEAD OF TIME... If you walk in on a Friday or Saturday you will wait for 1-2hours and wait for a person to cancel.. This is a very classy shop.. But FYI you must call in before you just walk in to get a cut Friday and Saturday... They also close Sunday and Monday and remember this isnt super cuts where you can just walk in and get a cut.... Last part if you walk in to a shop and its busy that means its a good run business...

I will never go to this place again. I have gone to this place a few times over the past five years and I have only gotten two or three good cuts. The only reason i went back is because its close to CSUN and i have to have my hair correct. They will make you wait while they text and talk and eat and are just very bad business people. The guy with the Laker gear is the worst. Trust me I am not exaggerating at all.

Came in w/o appointment and these barbers were very professional and gentle with my son. While waiting, I listened in on the "shop talk" and it was quite funny listening to a mans point of view. And, they didnt mind if I interjected. I completely recommend this shop to anyone who needs professional mens services. Oh yeah, enjoy a game of FREE pool and such a GREAT price for the fantastic service.

If you want to walk in, wait patiently to be serviced for two hours, never be acknowledged, have multiple people be serviced ahead of you, and watch workers devote half of their time texting on their phones then come here; this is the place for you. They must obviously have an outstanding revenue to see them pay no mind to a new client.

I always get my cut from OJ. He always does a perfect job, comes out lookin exactly the way I want. Best barber Ive been to honestly. Also the dudes are funny and sociable. Definitely make an appointment, cuz they get a lot of business and no guarantee youll just be able to walk in.

Terrible customer service. Called to try to make an appointment for a week day afternoon, was told if I come in to wait, that "Id sit watching guys get in the chair in front of me, and watch me walk out." by one of the barbers there. Never going back to this place.
