I have been using Gold Country Auto for at least 6 years. They have taken care of 3 of my vehicles and keep me up to date with all my maintenance on my newest car. This is so important because I do not naturally remember to maintain my vehicles. The staff treats me with a professional attitude and I really like to personal customer service I receive. The prices are totally reasonable and there work is excellent, I have never had a problem with anything they have done. I work with an crew of guys and they always have to add their two cents about pricing and what parts would use, when I need something fixed, Gold Country has been spot on every time with price and quality. I have total trust in Kevin and his staff at Gold Country Auto. I have recommended many friends and they are always happy with the service and thankful they have an honest mechanic they can count on.

I love this shop!!! They are fast, reliable, knowledgeable, and very freindly. I strongly suggest this shop. They just opened a shop in Penn Valley (where I live) that does everything like tires, smogs, oil changes and any automotive repairs you may need, ANY.... Its about time that we got a good shop here in Penn Valley, it makes it nice not to have to drive to town for a good service. There mecahnics are the best in the area. The owner has done a very good job with his employee selection. I also strongly disagree with the negative reviews as well. The soren guy doesnt even tell why he said that, probably a competitors low blow. If you need your car done right and fast give these guys a call!!!!!

I would like to state what I found at Gold Country Automotive, and also how out of character Sorens report seems to be, and probably without basis. My family has been using Gold Country Automotive for 6 years, I have experienced their service personally and also have referred several friends and family members to this facility for auto service. I have used several repair shops in the area, and some seem to fit into Sorens report, however, what I found was personal service that extends way beyond our expectations, honesty and integrity which is refreshing to say the least. I would referr this company to anyone. Thank You Gold Country Automotive...!!!!

I would have to strongly disagree with the previous review. I took my car in for an oil change, and I found that they were very helpful in providing me with the necessary information to make sure all of my automotive needs were taken care of. I was told that my belts were cracking, and that my transmission was in need of a flush, but I did not have the money at the time of service. However, since they were able to let me know about my car needs, I was able to save up accordingly to make sure I had a working car to commute back and forth to work and school in. I highly recommend them.
