THIS IS AN EXCELLENT AUTO SHOP LIKE NO OTHER YOUVE BEEN TO! The most important aspect of taking your car to the shop is TRUST: and trust is built by doing consistently high-quality work. Ive brough all of my familys cars to BMR over ther years because Im 100% sure they know what theyre doing, and they do the job right, every time - they always have. Ill never forget my first visit when they walked me through the shop. The first thing I noticed was that it was super clean, with regular cars on one side, and no $#!+ Nascar race cars on the other. If they work on real race cars, Im sure they can keep my car running. Pricing is also very competitive, I always get my moneys worth. Lastly, and importantly, Ive seen the same good folks working there for all these years, and they really know what theyre doing! Theyve always been friendly and helpful, but more importantly, honest - theres never any BS :) I cant say enough about this shop. Friends offer me coupons for other shops, tell me about discounts, etc, I refuse them all because I dont trust anyone like I trust BMR. Bring your cars here, youll see.

Ive had nothing but great experiences each time I have visited BMR NAPA at this location. The service advisors are courteous and very knowledgeable and the work performed on my SUV has always been first rate in every respect. I have called ahead for service appointments on two occasions and the work on the truck was completed when promised. Could not ask for more. I had a long standing alignment issue with the truck, nothing serious, but it was creating uneven tire wear on the front tires. BMR solved the alignment issue for me on the first go-around and for the past two years all has been perfect. Ive never had to bring a vehicle back to BMR that wasnt fixed properly on the initial visit. They honor their quotes on the work and have never performed work that wasnt needed.

Best Automotive Around Period! Set up like an upper class place but with reasonable prices, honest and professional staff, free wifi, free coffee/tea and a smile. Loved their support of the local High School teams (GO TITANS!). We have a beater car (we call her Jill for Gillopy) but they never pressured me to fix the many things wrong, only informed what they found. I think I found my new, permanente automotive home. We will definitely be coming back. Used the coupon and the oil change came to just under $16. Cant beat that!

I take all my family cars to BMR because of the high quality of work they do at a reasonable price. They are the only ones I trust to do brake repair on my Ford truck. They do all the maintence and oil changes on my Honda Odyssey. They do all oil changes on my high performance Nissan 350Z at the best rate in town. They treat me and my family with respect. They know what AUTO CARE means to me. They respect my time and bend over backwards to accommodate my busy schedule.

i dont take my trucks anywhere but here... these guys get it done right the first time every time... No B.S. pricing, and they even hand you a complete write up of your vehicle to inform you of every single detail about your car that needs attention... these guys even back up my dealerships warranty fro my brand new truck... and am proud to post this comment about them... Ive used this shop for six or seven years. They are always highly professional and thorough, yet friendly too. The service is premium and the price is good for my budget. I think these folks really like automobiles; and they know how important vehicles are to their owners. I think my vehicles get treated with a lot of respect there. And I do too. Wow awesome!!! Brought my car in today for a regular oil change for the first time. The place looks very upper scale or for industrial/commercial business. The staffs treated me nice and the price is very reasonable! Highly recommended!

They are friendly and knowledgable. They do the job for the quoted price and do it right. They dont try to fix things that arent broken. This is the most honest and trustworthy shop Ive found in 30 years of car ownership!
