BEWARE OZZY THE SHOP OWNER IS A SHADY CROOK!!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE SCAM SHADY SHOP OWNER!!!!!!!! UNTRUSTWORTHY!!!! CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK CROOK 5 star reviews are fake. HE IS SELLING A CAR ON CRAIGSLIST. I called to ask questions and he lied to me about the car. Wasted time and money coming to see the 1991 Honda civic wagon. He is not the registered owner, i asked him over the phone before i came if he was the owner and ozzy said yes. Thats a lie!! I mocked up a personal bill of sale contract. He was supposed to sign and what he did next was shady, he goes into the shop area calls an employee and tells his employee to sign the bill of sale. I get angry and put a stop to that real quick. I control the situation because im the one with the money. I ask him politely to sign the bill of sale because the so called registered owner he dialed over the phone I spoke to before this incident told me he sold the car to Ozzy, not the employee! I made sure I made that clear it was sold to Ozzy. After I asked him to sign the contract he got rude and loud, in front my of child he told me, "well if you dont want the car, get the F*** out of my shop!" Ozzy is an untrustworthy person, rude, lier and a CROOK!!! He says he has all the maintenance records and title. That doesnt matter none. But who knows if the owner signed the title. HE THINKS THERE IS A SUCKER BORN EVERY MINUTE! IM NOT A SUCKER AND YOU ARE NOT EITHER!! WE ARE SMARTER THAN HIM. He thought I wouldnt bring up a bill of sale. Come on now! If something goes wrong im taking Ozzy to court and his shop! If his employee signed it and something terrible comes up about the car, then I would have to take his worker to court. Who knows? Maybe that employee quits and Ozzy says he doesnt know where he is anymore. Maybe mexico or some made up country. Youll be screwed because this shop owner is a CROOK!!! Very unprofessional manner!!! Told me not to lowball his price I never asked for a best offer, but he is the one trying to make a quick sale. Too bad sucker I hope you get what you deserve! You lier and CROOK! Atleast I got to visit some family in Sacramento!! Oh and I told them about this incident so they can spread the word. I also over heard his employees telling Ozzy the shop owner they broke something on a customers car and lost some parts. 5 stars for a great auto repair shop that will never rip you off. You can tell from their parking lot how good they are at what they do - there are no open parking spots to be seen. Despite their huge workload, they still managed to get my oil change and cabin filters done same day on a very busy Friday, and charged me almost nothing for labor. It is rare for me, a 19 yr old girl, to go to a mechanic and trust that they are not just going to give me a run for my money. Ozmotives did exactly the opposite - they addressed every concern I had and advised against replacing the rusted exhaust system on my car because it would end up being a big waste of money for a problem that really isnt a problem. This is the best place to go if you have a honda or acura - or if you just want someone to look at your car and give you an actual, Honest opinion on what work needs to be done. Thank you again, Oz and crew!

Ozzie, Chris and the guys are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They really take care of me and both my cars. They only do what is necessary for safety. If it can wait and is NOT a safety issue, they let it wait. Or they take care of it all for you. Whatever your needs are. I recently bought a new "used" car, the 1st owner trashed the engine and they helped put a new engine it in and they have answered all my questions abut the car from day one. Chris drops what he is doing to answer my questions and help. If they need the car all day they will give me a ride home. Ozzie and Chris know me by sight and remembers my name. They want you to come back, not because of a crappy job, but because they are honest and good at what they do.

::: My Experience ~ You Decide ::: Problem: Air-bag warning dash-light stays lit all the time. 1st Repair shop: Honest Engine (Sacramento) performs $50 diagnostic test. Honest Engine Diagnosis: Replace Faulty Air Bag. Estimate: $375. 2nd Repair shop: Ozmotive Auto Repair performs $32 diagnostic test. Ozmotive Auto Repair Diagnosis: Air Bag is fine / Cause of Air Bag dash-light: A temporary loss of charge when I replaced battery 3 months earlier. Ozmotive pushed the computerized reset button. Problem solved. Total Repair Time ~ 15 minutes Total Repair Cost ~ $32 Repeat visits to Ozmotive Auto Repair ~ All 5-star experiences.

Being completely honest, Ozzy is a family friend and I direct all my friends and co-workers to his shop for any car needs. He has satisfied everyone I brought and they have returned to his shop as repeat customers. Beyond fair/cheap prices for services, Oz is completely honest: Oz turned down swapping brake pads because the current brake pads were still good. Needless to say, that saved the car owner money while I know a few other mechanics and shops who would have swapped out the brakes and charge for labor. Oz takes care of his customers.

I took my Honda Accord to 3 different mechanics because it was making a loud noise and obviously had something wrong. None of them could find anything wrong. A friend of mine recommended Ozmotive. Oz fixed my car and replaced all of the parts with genuine Honda parts. I highly recommend you use this shop, it is quality work at a reasonable price and you will not be disappointed.

My blinker wasnt working. I replaced the bulb, checked the fuses but still wouldnt work. Went to them and they fixed it in no time at all. It somehow got unplugged from the firewall side. Since it was so simple for them to diagnose it was free of charge. Now I get everything done through them. Oil Changes, Brakes, etc.. I wont go anywhere else.

For any of my folks in Sacramento with a Honda or Toyota. I cant speak on the prices too much but i can say they are much less than your dealership. As well, I had an experience today which tells me they are honest good people that will not rob you. And that means a lot to me when doing business. Some real Stand up guys
