My car broke down and i had to pull in the parking lot to get out of the street. I was parked there for about 5 minutes with my hood open when Avi(owner) shows up. He asked me why am i parked in his parking, i told him that my car broke down so i had to pull in. Instead of him offering me help, he tells me that i can not park there. Seriously? You have a potential client with a broken car in your parking lot and you are going to tell me i can not stop in front of your shop? Thanks for the lesson Avi. Now i know where not to take my car and i will do everything to let people know what kind of a operation you are running. You lost a potential customer and gained a bad review. You are in the wrong business with your customer service skills. Karma is on your way.

I dont agree with previous reviews. I feel that the owner was very fair in pricing..two other quotes were a hundred more. He was helpful and explained things and personality was very nice. Will definitely go back to his shop.

Did a diagnostic and didnt find what was wrong. Let me drive off the premises with a bad transfercase, but he did fix the uppermounts. Wouldnt recommend him. Did not diagnose problems with the vehicle thoroughly.
