This place is by far the most professional, experienced, customer friendly, reasonably priced, and very speedy service center without sacrificing any quality in regards to the level of workmanship and customer service! Also gotta love that they open at 7am so you can handle minor things before the start of your average workday! Joe (one of the managers) has gained my business for life with the extent he went to, to provide me the best possible outcome that was tailored to my individual needs; He definitely deserves a raise owners! Place is clean, organized, and as far as I could tell, staffed with drug free employees that are great at what they do and not shady in their dealings, which is a hell of a lot more than I can say about nearly every other non-dealership auto repair and service center that Ive given my business in the past! Will recommend to anyone I know (including family members) in need of auto parts and service thats within their wide spectrum of abilities!

Ive been going just shy of a year now and Nate and Mark at the front desk have been very helpful with everything ive needed for my fleet and my personal cars as well. These two guys have always gone way above my expectations and they do it with a smile. They are an example of what true customer service should be. I am relocating to TX and have told my replacement that OK Tires is the shop to go to, he agrees and will keep taking our fleet there for service. I appreciate everything that all the employees there do for us customer. They really do make the RIGHT difference. As a Manager my self I only have employees like Nate and Mark that are the face of my company and do a damn good job at it. Id like to thank the person who hired Nate and the individual who chose to appoint Mark as General Manager for this Location, you made the Right Choice.

I have been going to OK tires for about 7 years and the reason I CONTINUE to go there is because they are always honest, efficient, friendly, accommodating and hard working; always moving fast to get me in and out quickly when I need to wait. Ive been using OK Tire and Automotive since 1998 because they are the best. They treat me and my wife like family. I can always count on an honest and accurate assessment, as well as an excellent repair at a fair price. They have been able to diagnose and repair better than other dealers and specialty shops I have had thrust upon me. Keep up the good work, and Ill keep referring my friends and family to you.

I took my geo metro to these guys to get a front end alignment because a shop down the street didnt have the correct equipment for my wheels. I could not have been more pleased. The guys at the counter in the garage were friendly and more than helpful. The the mechanic that did the actual alignment was knowledgeable, quick and had a smile on the whole time. 10/10 Would go again.

I wouldnt take my car anywhere else! These guys are wonderful. They did a great job explaining what was going on with my car and helped me prioritize what needed to be done so I could afford it. Its a clean and friendly shop and I was impressed by their 2-year warranty. I recommend OK Tire to anyone looking for honest affordable car repairs.

OK Tire takes care of my auto needs on my company and personal vehicles. The service will keep you coming back and everyone is very friendly and professional. They offer a free courtesy shuttle, or pick up, drop off service. If you want great service and fair prices youve found the place. Dont forget to eat at Cricket if you are waiting.

I only do my tires here!! They made a slight mistake on my black wheels and they took care of me right away without any problems and went the extra mile! Even tho I live 20 minutes away from them, its always worth the trip!! Will continue doing business with them. Mark and Chris and Nate thanks!!
