Not even one star. I have been getting my hair done with aveda products for 20 plus years. I thought I would try Steve at panach. He distorted my hair. He burnt my hair so bad that now I have to go through 3 plus months of intense treatment to try to restore my hair. Going to belle Capelli in Nevada city to to fix my hair. This will now cost me hundreds of dollars to fix what he did, also my stylist who is now in the process of fixing or trying to fix my hair talked to Steve and he couldnt even tell her what he had done to my hair, nor did he care. I went to have my hair done for mothers day and my 50th birthday. Now I will not be able to have photos of the party, because my hair is fried. I have long beautiful blonde hair with natural curls. Well shall I say had. Have NO CURLS, just lifeless dead looking hair that will take months to restore. If you care about your hair dont let Steve touch it.

I went to Kimette for my first real "curly" haircut after seeing her daughters beautiful hair. One look and you can see she knows what she is doing! With a headful of curly hair, it can be difficult to find someone who actually does it right and doesnt treat it like straight hair. Kimette did a wonderful job, and was able to translate my rather abstract ideas of what I wanted into a wonderful haircut. Plus, she gave helpful tips on how to care for it and keep it looking awesome. I highly recommend heading to Panache if you have a headful of curly hair. Get your hair cut by Kimette and youll be happy you did!

Stylist, Steve, is deeply sensitive to my needs, i know i can trust him 100% with my hair. He takes his time, doesnt make assumptions - doesnt let his ego get in the way of what *I* want. On top of that hes very good at his job; Its obvious he loves his work and I leave feeling pampered and pretty. What more can a girl want from a visit to a salon?

I moved to Grass Valley five years ago from San Francisco and continued to drive back to my San Francisco stylist...until the beginning of 2016, when I met Steve at Panache! I love that the salon is intimate (only 2 chairs) and that Steve is a true professional. I highly recommend checking out Panache!
