I had been in front of salon looking for my gift certificate from mothers day and walked in a young girl with tatoos asked do you have an appointment witch i stated yes with alexy she then said thats me and your late. I was 15 minutes out front. She said very rudly I have someone elses coming in and youll have to wait. I said what? I have been waiting You already rescheduled once. She said Well i can condition you and you can wait for me to cut his hair is that ok. I said fine I just want my son to get his moneys worth. It was for mothers day gift. I went and sat down to wait and she said i dont get money for groupons I said oh so you do it for free she said i only get a percetage I sat down and though shame on her. I dont need this walked back and said you can refund my son his money she said i cant he has to go to the web page i then walked out in tears. I dont get to get these things very often i took a 9 pm call back from her to schedulel an appointment 2 weeks prior I waited for her to call me to set up the apptment and this young women broke my heart shame on her. I called my son and told him get your money back sweetie

I had my hair done by Amber, full color with low lights. The original color that was picked was much much darker than what was realized once my hair was finished. I was not happy but, ok its hair I will get used to it. Then within one week, all of the red washed out, and I was left with brassy orange where that red low lights were supposed to be. I called and left a message on Ambers phone, I received one phone call back and no message left. I have since repeatedly tried to contact her and the owner Nicole so this issue can be fixed (which I was told by Sallys "a very easy fix"). I was even willing to pay for the extra service, I just wanted it to be done. But no, no response from anyone. Customer service has to be number one, when that is what you offer, and unfortunately its not at Salon Envy. And before you think its because of the shampoo/conditioner I am using.. I use Biolage for Colored Hair.

I got my hair cut by Megan, She showed up 30 minutes Late to the appointment, completely unorganized and unprofessional. She could not find any of her stuff to start my cut for at least 10 minutes. The cut it self, took entirely to long.....and she was extremely rough pulling my head side to side and poking me with her.nails. My hair was completely hacked. My hair is at butt length about 35 inches...she layered with absolutely no transition from bottom to top... I left with a mullet!!!!!! After reading your response I am literally sick to my stomach. I have NOT or NEVER will cut my own hair / nor go against a stylest opinion. I did ask for long layers and to keep the length as long as she could, and like I said the end result was a mullet!! She did say to come back in if I needed more trimmed and I think if anyone left with the cut I had theyd NEVER go back either.

I went into Salon Envy and Ann Marie fixed my hair as I had a bad experience somewhere else. Thankfully ,my hair looks great now. Plus she was able to fit me in on a Saturday!! I will recommend Ann Marie and Salon Envy to everyone!!! I have a new stylist now, and believe me I had to go through 3 bad experiences before I lucked out and found her.
