Always came in here to buy vhs tapes and never had any problems until i came in to rent a movie. I walked up to the counter and the gentleman was rude from the beginning, he imformed me i needed something with my current and local address on it so i walked out to my car to grab a paycheck stub and an id. He tells me he will need to take the paper to copy the information and i told him i am not comfortable with him copying my personal pay stub so before even explaining or asking for an alternative he coldly kicks me out and tells me not to come back. I wasnt rude or out of reason for not wanting my paystub copied, i just wanted to rent a movie. 0/10 would not ever go back again

Its good store, but I dont know if it will stay open very long because we are living in the digital age right now. This is the last remaining video rental store left in Grass Valley. Sadly video rental stores are becoming extinct. Its not like the good old days anymore.

I really like their selection on movies to rent and buy, their affordable enough to go back but their service and time are a little unprofessional. Great business but needs a little work, I would still utilize them for the future.
