I purchased a movie code (Batteries not Included) that said on their site was HD but when I redeemed the code it showed SD on Vudu. I wrote to let them know that they should change that on their site. I never received an answer from them after three attempts to let them know about the problem. Their site still lists the movie as HD. In my opinion, companies that will not work with their customers when they have a problem with products they bought from their site are not worth doing business with. ****Game Cozy changed the movie on their site to SD and refunded my money for the code that I bought.

Great place to rent or buy a wide variety of movies, bigger selection than redbox! Starting an account does not cost anything. Can grab a snack with your movie too! If you have a scratched game,movie, or music CD they can repair and make it like brand new! Another awesome service offered is cellphone repair. Owner does great job at repairing broken screens, water damage, button repairs, charging port repairs, etc and at a reasonable price. Also can fix broken game consoles and some versions of tablets.

Great to find an old school place to go in and still be able to hold something and decide whether or not you want to rent it. They also have games which is great because those things are expensive as ever haha. Lastly they can do repair for tons of devices like phones, tablets and game systems, the place is great!

Something great about a classic video store. Tons of selection, has plenty of new releases, Blu-Ray and TV series. Also has games for rent or sale, and interesting vintage games, consoles and accessories. Something for everyone. Reasonable prices and a cheerful staff. Check it out!

I love this place, We need places like this reminding of hollywood and blockbuster. Very helpful and friendly staffs, Big collection of movies even vintage games, They even fixed my galaxy S4 screen which made me so happy. Keep up the good work game cozy.

Took my iPhone 6 in for a new battery and a charge port replacement. The port worked great... The battery.,. Not so much. Took it back a week later and they threw a new battery in it for free. Great service.,, no complaints. Love this place !!

I find movies and impossible to find them in walmart , redbox or ....everytime I get bored, I go there, tvs always on and show the trailers, I find good educational kid movie for my 5 years daughter. Stafs are so helpful. always clean.

Place is great. Lots of movies. But the people could be way more friendly. There have been times I walked in and said hello hows it going with a big smile and the dont acknowledge me. Besides that I like it for renting movies.

They repair cell phones & tablet pretty fast plus if you have a issue, pretty reliable. I had a problem with my iphone after 2 weeks and they took care of it right on spot. Thank you

Loved this place, had my cellphone repaired, they had to order the screen, but I got my galaxy fixed ontime, no problem so far, they told me I have 30 days warranty.
