Called at 6:45 am on my way in to work. Figured Id get the hours from the recording and call back later with any questions. 10 minutes later I received a phone call from a woman asking me why I would call that number so early. She acknowledged it was the office number listed on Google but rudely informs me that she lives there and I shouldnt call so early. If I wanted information I could call between normal business hours, at which point she hung up on me. I see terrible customer service for anyone unlucky enough to do business there.

Local Lockit Self Storage is such a treasure. The Manager was kind, courteous, helpful, and informative. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Conveniently located just blocks from the beach. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
