We recently moved locally and since we are downsizing, we required storage, some temporary and some long term. Upon recommendations, we went to Superior Self Storage and secured a large unit with the contingency that we would transfer into a smaller unit as we decided what to do with or "stuff". Meanwhile, our son and family moved here from the Bay Area, and also required storage while waiting for their house to be move-in ready. So, we kept adding units until we had three. Our lives were crazy for a while, but not our dealings with Superior Self Storage. The staff was always courteous, friendly, and professional, working with us in each transaction to promptly get us just what we needed at a very reasonable price. We were also able to use their moving truck which was free to new, local, storage renters. This was not only convenient but it saved us that expense. Their units were very clean and the entire facility is kepted emaculate . We would highly recommend Superior Self Storage to anyone. S. Jones Cameron Park, CA

As the Shingle Springs/Cameron Park Chamber we need to keep records for 5 to 7 years and because our office is small we needed a off site location, I also have chairs tables and other office things that take up space. The storage unit the chamber is using is a 10 x 10 interior unit. The grounds, and storage rooms are clean and bright. Karla Duarte showed me the different sizes and was very helpful and informative. They even give a 10% discount all chamber members, military families, seniors and students.

Had a 24ft truck full of all my stuff sitting in front of my previous apartment when I called the original place I reserved with (Five Star Self Storage) and they told me they were closing and I couldnt move in at about 5pm. Called Superior and they were my savior. They allowed me to stay late and move my stuff in and the unit was clean and the disc lock was very high quality. Great place! Wouldnt ever rent anywhere else.

After visiting several storage companies I believe that this place lives up to their name. They really are "Superior" to the others. Every unit is alarmed. Clean as a whistle and competitively priced. Jamie answered all my questions and had me in a unit in about 10 minutes. She has to be the friendliest person I have met in a long, long, time. Great facility. I wont hesitate to recommend them to all my friends.

I went in today to rent a storage room for my first time and found the employee who assisted me very helpful and informative. In addition, they have a great online cupon to get the second month free without a specific lease term. They also offer discounts for students and are helpful in getting you the best price for your unit.

the lady in the front office is extremely helpful and nice. she showed me several size units to choose from and made moving into our storage easier by lending us a cart. the two ladies that run the storage facility are very neat and clean. we are very impressed with the security and cleanliness of the facility.

Wonderful Experience and excellent staff at the office. We needed to rent space immediately and they were able to get us in a space in less than 30 minutes! The space and entire facility are VERY clean and secure, you cant go wrong by using these guys.
