I have had stuff in storage for the last 15 years at many locations and Airpark is by far the worst. On top of the fact the staff is extremely rude the facility is extremely rundown. The unit I had had about a 6" half circle missing from the bottom of the door, looked like rats or something chewed on it. Also there where chunks of concrete missing in front of the unit causing about a half foot dip that myself and moving buddies hurt our ankle on multiple times. It is also riddled with black widows. I didnt think they lived around these parts but had quite a few when staying there. I suggest going by and not booking over the phone as I did. The photos they have on their site are completely photo shopped and resembles nothing of what it actually looks like. I stayed for over a year because it was the cheapest, and I hate moving, but after yet another bad experience from staff just ate it rented a Uhaul and paid more for a good unit that was better protected from the elements. So like I said check this place out before putting your eggs in their basket.

I called at 8:01 pm to find out if there were any units available. I figured that like others I had called there would be a recorded message if they were closed with general info . The man who answered proceeded to tell me how rude I was to call at this hour and I should call during business hours like a normal person. He also said that he has very little private time and that I was not only rude but disrespectful as well. I asked him why he answered his phone if he did not want to be disturbed ? This seemed to upset him even more ! By far the most bizarre conversation I have ever had when calling a business. It was so weird that I actually though he was joking .....apparently not.

I have used Keep-It Self Storage for the past 2 years and I have been very happy. The faciliuty is clean and in constant improvement. The manager is always on hand to take payments or help you with anything from moving heavy furniture to working out a payment plan. Rick is extremely courteous and fun to talk to. Life can get demanding but I know that my storage is well protected and safe.The location is great as well. Best storage in town!

I have had friends use Keep-it Self Storage from 10 years ago. In the last 5 years I have used Keep-it Self Storage. I left and came back when new management had taken over. Things really changed. Everything is updated, clean and Rick is a an awesome manager, always there when you need him and keeps things beautiful. I will always have Keep-it self storage as my go-to storage unit. I love the new security measures... Thanks

I have used Keep-It Storage 2 times in the past 5 years. They are a great company. The manager is friendly, personable, and an all around good guy. Storage units are updated and clean.
