The hours were wrong on the website and when I made a reservation and brought my stuff to put in storage they were closed. I called and I wouldnt have been mad but the person that picked up the phone was really rude. He told me the hours were clearly correct on the website and he was very snappy about it. So I asked why it let me reserve the online if they are closed for the day, he told me that it would let me but I would have had to come in on a day where they were open to do the paper work first. The explanation was fine but the attitude of the employee was highly unacceptable. I told him because of his attitude I will just cancel my reservation and take my business elsewhere. He then said "whatever. Why dont you just come back tomorrow while we are open?" I then just told him to cancel my reservation for the second time and hung up. I will not do business nor would I recommend this place to anyone unless they changed their employee. His attitude cost them over $100 a month from me.

Excellent customer service. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Units are all clean and easy access to enter in. All in all, I rate StorQuest Self Storage A 10 plus, forget the five star....Thank you for all your help as well with moving, great big help and your driver John Farvis is an amazing worker and made my life easier with the move, very respectful and full of laughs. I appreciate all he has done. Thank you So much and May God Bless these sites fully.

This is the worst place to store your stuff. They treat you horrible, they make there own rules, and are very prejudice of certain people.
