Above and beyond is all I can say when it comes to Cindy and Nick at Extra Space Storage . I left Ca . to move south to escape a terrible situation . 3 weeks after moving I was involved in a awful car accident . So my plan to go back 2 months later to get my belonging was ruined . I was unable to walk for months, no job , no income and my saving dwindling away . Worrying monthly I would loose my belongings . Cindy & Nick worked with me monthly during my struggles . Always understanding and having compassion never making me feel ashamed for asking for extra time to pay . Im happy to report my life has turned around and I just got my belonging . Im so impressed that after almost 2 years my stuff was in perfect condition . I believe that is due to the conditions of ESS being secure, clean , well maintained . ESS was so accommodating ( I was given after hours access to my storage when moving ). If you are looking for a great place to store your belongings I highly recommend ESS I cant imagine being disappointed with Cindy and Nick operating this location . Thanks Extra Space Storage, Cindy and Nick you made a bad situation bearable : )

This was our first time ever renting a storage. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and wanted to look at the unit sizes. Cindy Lou, the manager, was great. I never thought renting a storage would be so exciting. When we first got there we were the only customers, all of a sudden there were so many people in the office, it was out of control. This place gets busy, especially on a Saturday. Cindy was the only one working that day. She was so good at fulling everybodys needs in a timely matter. Even a grumpy customer came in and was very rude to her, but she kept calm and very professional. Im pretty sure Cindy knew it was our first time getting our own storage just because we were very new to the whole process, and we look pretty young. She walked out to our storage with us helped us put the lock on and gave us a hug when we were all done. She really does care for her customers. After about 6 months we decided we no longer needed the storage and moved out. The moving out process was a breeze! We thank her and will recommend everyone to this specific site!!!

Its hard to put my experience on here without saying family. I say family because thats how I was treated at Extra Space! I opened my storage in April with Roberta. Her calm demeanor and knowledge were helpful. It was a bit overwhelming to figure out what size I needed, but she walked me through it with care. After being here, I met the owner Cindy Lou & you couldnt ask for a better owner. Her quest to run a clean storage was key because some storage facilities look like a crime scene! Ive only had a storage here for a few months but coming to close it out today I was met with a huge hug from both ladies who thanked me for my business. I want to thank them and if I ever need a storage again, I know where to come!!

Want to personally thank Cindy Lou for accommodating my needs. Its was this time last year while working in Denver Co. that I had an opportunity to work with Cindy Lou. Im a driver and my schedule is quite fluid and can change in an instance. One minute I was told I would be working in Denver and the next minute I was back in Manteca CA. Once told I would be working in Denver, I called and reserved a rental space from Cindy. and then it all changed. Cindy Lou worked with me and got all funds returned back to my accounts. Now Im having to a need for space again, and again, Cindy Lou was there for me. The property is very visible, clean and well secured. I feel very comfortable storing my possessions there. The Extra Space Storage staff were very helpful in guiding me to choose the storage unit that was just right for me! The lady at the front desk made me feel as if I was the only customer in the building. I was quite nervous prior to my visit to Extra Space Storage. I had only three days to find a place for all of my belongings, and I wasnt sure how long the transaction would take. I was approved and had my very own unit within a half hour! I had email notifications set up with online statements as well, which was very nice! The grounds were kept clean and were very secured. This was my first visit to any storage facility, and this will be the only place I choose for future storage needs!

Cindy and Nick at Extra Space Storage in Manteca made a tough situation easier for us so were delighted to have done business with them and would like to recommend them to others!! In short, we drove some personal and household stuff up from Southern California for a relative who was relocating to the Manteca area from the East Coast. We rented a unit at ESS in Manteca for one month and sent our relative the key via certified mail. That gave him 30 days to retrieve the stuff at his leisure. Everything worked perfectly and thats largely because of the staff at Extra Space Storage in Manteca. They listened to our needs and worked with us to devise a plan that would work for everyone.

The people at Extra Space Storage were very helpful and friendly. I had reserved a unit on-line. When I got there the gentleman took us around to the unit which was reserved for us and asked if the size was ok. I told him we would need a bigger unit. He took us to see the next largest unit. There was no problem in changing my request. The location was perfect and the facility was very clean. Being able to give them just a few days notice prior to vacating was great. Most facilities require a 30-day notice. If I have to store items again I would definitely go there first and if I know of anyone needing storage, I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.

Ive been dealing with the storage industry for many years now and must say the Extra Space in Manteca is by far one of the best. Let alone the company as a whole has been awesome with me so far (Ive moved six times alone this year, from Washington to California and everywhere in between), but the ladies in Manteca have been the biggest help so far. Its not often you see a team that have been together so long, but Cindy and Mary have been together for well over a year and its not hard to see why. They keep a very clean site and are always willing to help out when they can. Theyve even gone so far as to bring me out a bottle of water when the California sun hit its peak!

THIS LOCATION HAS THE VERY BEST ASSOCIATES EVER AND MANAGEMENT THAT GOES THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE SURE YOUR SATISFIED. ROBERTA AS WELL AS CINDY-LOU MADE MY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE VERY PLEASANT, I WAS VERY STRESSED OUT AND HAVING A BAD DAY BUT ROBERTA TOOK HER TIME AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION, SHOWED ME DIFFERENT SIZE STORAGE TO MAKE SURE I WAS GETTING THE CORRECT SIZE THAT WILL FIT MY NEEDS PERFECTLY AND SHE MADE SURE I GOT THE BEST PRICE AND EVEN GOT MY COUSIN $50 OFF HIS NEXT MONTH BILL FOR REFERRING ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE WHOS LOOKING FOR A GREAT STORAGE FACILITY, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
